Hotel Rote19

We stayed at Hotel Rote 19 on November 30th 2023 for 1 night. We would rate this as 2.5 or 3 out of five it certainly does not in our view meet exceptional and 9.8 when compared to other places we have stayed all over europe. The It It is not a hotel as per se, It is a boutique set up building that is converted with each accommodation having sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. The positives are that it is close to everything, clean, bed was comfortable and large nice bathroom. The web site descriptors are not clear to people based on normal hotel experience. The things you should know are: they say no elevator for upper floors which leaves impression that there are accessible rooms, this is not an accessible hotel for people with disabilities or have mobility issues, there are 29 steep steps to reach the first level where what they call reception is and where the first two rooms are and more steps to get to the other rooms (see pictures). They indicate wi-fi in common areas and limited hours at reception, there are no common areas just ladings. There are many other considerations when we give our rating, ( extension cords uses along walls, portable air filter for air circulation, please check our pictures. This location was certainly acceptable in our view for our stay but does not have amenities of a 4 o 5 star.

How special is this place? The room is beautifully styled. The bed and linen are so comfy and all the amenities you could want are provided. Great location too (walking distance from train and everywhere in the old town).

It was a great stay! The hotel is conveniently located 6 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the scenic spots. The bed is super big and should be 2 meters wide and comfortable. The most important thing is that the boss is super kind and warm, helped us to check in ahead of time, and helped us to carry nearly 30 kg of boxes upstairs, and also helped to move down the stairs. very moved!! The boss is handsome and nice. 一次非常好的住宿体验！宾馆位置绝佳，离火车站距离6分钟，距离景点也是5分钟到达，非常方便。床超级大应该是2米宽，且舒服，还有客厅，最重要的是老板人超级好又热情，提前帮我们办理了入住，而且帮我们把近30公斤的箱子搬上楼，走的时候还帮忙搬下楼，非常感动！！！老板帅气又人好.

Nice Hotel and comfortable rooms in the City Center of Regensburg. Unfortunatelly unpersonal

The manager of the hotel was friendly, thorough, and helpful. He made the stay delightful. We loved the room. It had ample space, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located perfectly, right in the middle of the shopping and dining area of Regensburg. Would definitely stay here again!
