第一次碰到辦理入住跟客房不在一個地方的情況。帶孩子玩兒完在唐克吃完飯過去酒店都晚上快10點了，孩子困得衹想趕緊辦入住，我來之前打了三次電話詢問住房的停車位置。沒有人告知我客房跟前台不在一起。我在大廳門口停好車卸完行李，大家出去玩兒的都知道行李很多，拖着疲憊的身體，孩子困得鬧騰的要睡覺。去辦理入住，結果被告知需要再把行李裝回車上再往前開到客房的位置。大家能體會那種疲憊加惱火感覺麼。雖然其他的都很好，但是我希望店家這個一定給遊客們多多提醒，因為過節遊玩兒大家一定很累，都希望去酒店早點休息，所以像這種跟其他酒店不一樣的點一定給大家提醒清楚。以免再發生這種讓人確實有點小失望的情況。總體情況都很好，美中不足希望店家也理解一下作為遊客的心情

房間乾淨衞生，環境很好。帶家人出遊很方便，出門就是美景，視野開闊。由於天氣原因，很遺憾沒近距離看到土撥鼠。帶着遺憾下次再來。
