To date we have only camped on the camp site This Campsite is simply the best !!!! The site owners Martin and Sam have put so much effort and dedication into this site it’s value , as a holiday destination can not be fully put in to words . We have always taken a tent however when we have visited we have seen Camper Vans on the site The site is quite it is idyllic. This is managed well by the owners who ask all the right questions when you book. So please be honest with them and you won’t be disappointed. The customer demographic is clear on the web site if you fit the outline demographic this site is for you and your family. It’s central location is ideal for visiting all cornwall has to offer . The site is made up of three small fields each one offering seclusion with a view The grass pitches are ideal Each field has a water point The Showers and kitchen area are located in the perfect position in the middle field You can wash and dry dishes in the kitchen and there is a fridge with sufficient storage allocated for each pitch, you can charge your Mobile if you must in the kitchen, there are two beautiful showers and two toilets, with lots of hot water , all are spotless well maintained and decorated with some beautiful little touches the owners have put their heart and souls in to this site and it shows, they care. No ,there are no power hookups !!! Your camping. No there are no Hard standings your camping !!! This is our go to site for Cornwall and for forays in to Devon Thanks to Sam and Martin for making our Holiday special and relaxing for a second year in a row. And if you don’t want to camp , Check out the Holiday Cottages !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sam and Martin gave us a tour during guest change over. The cottages are amazing So many amazing touches from huge walk in wet floor showers to hand crafted polished wood basins beautiful

We stayed there for three nights during our Cornwall trip. We had the apartment with kitchen and living room upstairs and sleeping room on the ground floor. The rooms are in an excellent condition and the design is just lovely. There is a clear signature of the hosts who equipped the house with handcrafted interiors. We had a feeling of coming home when entering. One thing has to be mentioned. If you are a very tall person you have to be tolerant to the pitch of the roof which limits the height on the upper level. And, of course, just like for many roads in South West England, driving something like a Ferrari might get you into trouble. Here, only a short narrow road leads to the house which is not too much of a problem. The hosts, Sam and Martin, were also very lovely people. A great stay, a clear recommendation and we'd love to come back when coming back to Cornwall. Danke Euch Beiden! Amazing! If you found this cute little place it’s perfect. The hosts were great and the property has everything you need. We even received a little hamper of goodies when we arrived.

Such a peaceful spot. We had breakfast outside each morning while listening to the birds and then spotted constellations in the properly dark night sky. The cottage was well equipped with lots of quirky details, just as the name suggests and the location was perfect for us - handy for visiting family. The welcome was really warm, too. It would be lovely to return one day.

Where to start?
This property was amazing from start to finish! From the welcome we received from Sam and Martin to the basket of lovely Cornish goodies to the beautiful cottage and stunning location and grounds.
Sam and Martin have obviously worked hard in creating such a lovely holiday let - it is full of amazing craftmanship and lots of lovely little touches.
Reading through the visitor book and you can see that everyone feels the same
