Come and enjoy our private and spacious 1200 square foot home and sparkling pool. This quiet and peaceful house has three large bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and laundry area. The large mature trees on property provide a lot of shade which is nice to enjoy in Redding's summer heat. The locations is very close to the Sacramento river, river trails for walking and biking, and Orchards grocery store. We enjoyed our visit, the home was clean and comfortable and it was centrally located for all of our adventures. I would definitely recommend it.

Overall the property was perfect for our stay. We were in town to visit Lassen Volcanic NP. Only minor issue I had was that we were not aware the pool was a shared space. I would have preferred it being just for us but it wasn’t a major issue. Would still highly recommend this property

Rode trip
We stayed for one night and the accommodations were just what we expected. The owner provided an excellent suggestion for dinner, Nello’s Place, which was very close (Italian).

Perfect Place
