The boss is serious, responsible and efficient! There are many small details that can be noticed, such as cotton swabs, shoe shine paper, etc. are all prepared for you. Although the breakfast is simple, there are many types, which is convenient for guests to take away and enjoy. The quilt is also very warm, in short, it feels like home!

The cabins are great, complete, quiet and very comfortable. They are close enough to town to walk to but far enough to be quiet and private. The managers are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. There are walks along the river just off the entrance and the road to the mountain is just meters from the hotel.

We loved our stay at this non pretentious lodge. This is perfect for families as the rooms are spacious. We did all our laundry between camping trips while sitting at the hot tub and pool area. The staff is really nice and helpful. The lodge is really well located at the entry of Red lodge which is walking distance. I highly recommend this place for families looking for reasonably priced accommodation in the area.

I highly recommend this location if you are planning on going from Red lodge MT. Into Yellowstone viea the beartooth pass, it's on the edge of town very quiet and awesome rooms, only spent one night there but have used them several times as a launching pad for are Yellowstone visit, the staff are awesome and there is also a stream that runs past the hotel on the other side of the road if you are able to get a room facing the stream it's great to listen at night with the window open, plenty of parking, also just minutes away from the start of the climb to the beartooth pass, I love Red Lodge and some trip down the road I'm going to spend more time in the area and I will stay here for sure,

This is your classic roadside motel that also has internal rooms (so somewhat of a hotel/motel hybrid). The cabins are separate and we were tempted to get one, but they had a room with two queens and a roll away bed, which fit the 5 of us perfectly. The staff was friendly and had restaurant recommendations. The place is nothing fancy, but it is clean and there was pretty new carpet in our room, which is a big plus in a roadside motel where you can sometimes be afraid to take your shoes off. Room slept hot but the bed was fairly comfortable. Bathroom had a jetted tub my wife took advantage of and we used the mini-fridge and the microwave. Free breakfast was mainly items out of two refrigerators with some additional cereal and bread options, but it did what it needed to and filled us up and got us on the road and likely saved us a fair amount if we bought breakfast for 5 in town. Pool was pretty big and was indoors with one hot tub next to it with another outside. The pool was clean but the hot tub had a broken cover for a suction or filter area and nearly caught my toe. You pay more for being in the area since this was high season, so it is hard to gauge value. If I stayed again, I would spring for the cabin and have twice as much room to spread out.

Beautiful cabin for our stay in Montana. June is the perfect time of year to visit but you must reserve in advance. Don’t wait, it is worth the trip! A bit remote but we were looking for the seclusion with our two couples. Exceptionally clean place.

Stayed for two nights. Staff messed up both our reservations and other family members’ reservations. They then began to blame other staff for the mistakes and stated they did nothing wrong. They did nothing helpful to try to problem solve any concerns, but shoulder shrugged at their incompetence. Quite a nightmare to deal with.

Whoever answered the phone needs proper customer service training. I was intending on booking a room with them via phone than my apps because I wanted to confirm prices. When I mentioned the app had a cheaper price she stated "I may have the wrong number." Confirmed that I did not with her. Proceeded to talk to my family to make sure they were okay with the price jump. They were okay with it (only took MAYBE half a minute to get answers) and she told me to call her back when I decided if I'm staying. I will not be talked to that way and decided not to even enter the doors if the receptionist has a snake in her boot BEFORE I entered the door.

Hotel was quite dated but it was sufficient for our needs. The indoor pool looked good. Continental breakfast to take to your room. Again we ran into a biker rally in our travels. A bit scary but these were adult bikers friendly and courteous. Small town with plenty to do. We stayed in the hotel section and not the cabins. Good place to start the Beartooth Highway trek.
