Infelizmente tivemos uma experiência bem ruim quanto a este hotel. Havíamos visto uma reclamação que o hotel não tinha elevador. Quando entramos em contato o hotel disse que tinha e ao chegarmos no mesmo fomos colocados no 5º andar e pasme segundo eles o elevador estava em manutenção e até o dia do nosso check-out não funcionou. Os quartos são hiper velhos. Tem vazamento de água no banheiro. Lâmpada queimada e até toalha de mão não tem. Solicitei um pano para colocar no chão e me deram uma flanela. armários todos desgastados. TV não funciona. Café da manhã péssimo e ainda não colocam talheres. Cuidado pelo que percebi está ocorrendo alteração no nome do hotel com frequência. Já teve os nomes Hotel Santa Maria 281 e Hotel Soneto.

Hotel with poor maintenance in its facilities, the apartments in which I stayed were small and poorly ventilated, in my accommodation there was flooding in the bathing area and it retained water, forcing me to take a shower with my feet submerged. Very poor breakfast with no buffet food service, only a sandwich being served, with no choice, and reduced portions of fruit and sweets. Attentive and polite staff is a point worth highlighting, but it does not make up for the shortcomings of the hotel's facilities.

The hotel is good for a boutique hotel, the breakfast is simple but adequate, everything is clean, the problem is in the rooms, there are clearly more rooms than there should be, we had a room without windows (not even in the bathroom), You could hear everything from the following rooms, it is not recommended, as we were only there one night, it didn't matter so much to us, but if you have a long stay, make sure to book a superior room, the service was super friendly!

The room was very comfortable, with clean sheets although a bit small, but it includes a TV and air conditioning for those summer days when we stayed. The pool was clean and well maintained, the included breakfast was quite good and the staff was very friendly, they helped us with luggage storage upon arrival and departure (because we arrived early and left at 12:00 pm at check out but we picked up our things a bit late). Also, across the street there was a Leader and it was quite close to metro stations and Patronato in case you want to go shopping. Overall it was a very good experience and I totally recommend it. I see that on their pages they have quite old photos, but currently I find it quite good both in terms of facilities and service for the prices (which were quite cheap compared to others in the area).
