La instalación es acogedora, limpia, con piscina, dan desayuno y en la tarde puedes tomar un café cito k mate. Tiene 2 entradas, cerca a los lugares turísticos de Santiago que puedes visitar a pie. Lo único si no pude utilizar es su manta, que esta viejo. Pero el resto todo muy bien. Los de servicio son amables y te ayudan a llegan a los lugares turísticos. Gracias.

So cheap and swimming pool available
Very friendly staff and very helpful. Great facilities for this price. Excellent place. Clean room, friendly staffs and helpful. Never once they didnt SMILE to their customers. It's been many times for me to check in with this hotel

Hotel cumpre com o que promete. É um hotel simples, sem luxo, porém muito confortável, quartos sempre limpos, café da manhã simples e gostoso, sempre bem fresquinho. Funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Se você busca um hotel luxuoso, não é a melhor opção. Para quem quer economizar e ficar em um hotel confortável, super aprovado! A localização é ótima, perto de tudo.

Este hotel tiene además como nombre Soneto ingresando por calle Santa María 282 pero es el mismo hotel. Terrible experiencia en todos los aspectos pero sobre todo, pésimas condiciones sanitarias y de salubridad, a lo que se suma una falta de responsabilidad total por parte del establecimiento ante los terribles daños ocasionados por picaduras de chinches.

Não indico!
Péssimo ainda é pouco!
Cheguei e o quarto que me colocaram estava sem CHUVEIRO, pois a ducha estava quebrada. Questionei e a resposta que me deram foi: “Se está quebrado, tem que esperar amanhã para alguém olhar”. Para piorar, na hora que fui dormir encontrei um par de meias sujas, de criança, por baixo da coberta (ou seja, nem mesmo trocaram os lençóis). Novamente reclamei e só então me trocaram de quarto (muito a contra-gosto e dizendo que eu estava RECLAMANDO DEMAIS). O quarto novo era grande e bem espaçoso, com 5 camas divididas em dois espaços, porém apenas UM ar condicionado de 9.000 Btus para refrescar todo espaço (o que obviamente não adiantou). O café da manhã não é buffet, é um prato montado que eles entregam na mesa, com pão e alguns (poucos) pedaços de fruta. Em um dos dias, pedi para trocarem as toalhas e a troca só foi feita no dia seguinte. Resumindo: o hotel é péssimo. Nem de longe merece as 3.6 estrelas que tem aqui.
