Excellent location, as we went with my daughter to take the SSA entrance exam at UPE. Very varied breakfast and delicious tapioca! Large room with comfortable bed. Paid parking, but as a valet service. We liked it a lot!

The hotel has a nice structure, however, I was given a room accessed by stairs. The elevator didn't reach my floor, which was the sixth. I got off on the fifth and went up two flights of stairs. Without luggage, it wasn't a problem. But getting in and out was a real inconvenience. The receptionist who greeted me barely looked at me and the room smelled musty. I expected more given the name and size of the hotel.

They tricked me. My friend and I made the same reservation by mistake. I tried to cancel one or at least change the date, but the hotel denied it, according to tripadvisor. During our stay, they said they would resolve it. But nothing was resolved.
