I work at Hotel in Japan, but there were so many things that I have to learn from the staff here in Holiday Inn !!
Staff were superb!! Always smiling, she tries her bestest way to meet the needs of her customers, and her customer service is very attractive.
Also, the breakfast was great, not only the menus, I was impressed by the efficient and smart movements of the staff members.
I definitely recommend this Hotel as staying here is absolutely a part of our good memories.

The room is not small, with a 2-meter bed, but the overall environment of the hotel is average and a bit cramped, the corridor is narrow and low, the door is poorly soundproofed, and there is a fire safety door outside the room, so the sound of people coming in and out, walking, and talking will affect sleep.
