I have been at this hotel quite a few times. It never lets me down for the price it's exactly what one would expect if not more. Some hotels are too nosy and it's uncomfortable having people not at your door first and in the morning and exactly at 11:00 rushing you out of the building. This is a very relaxed environment and very understanding people that know everyone is just trying to get by and they do what they can to help.

COCK ROACH! If you like bugs, this is the hotel for you! I knew going in that this was a lower end hotel.... I did not expect a cockroach in the room. When I called the front desk, I was told that since the hotel was "in the woods" and therefore "all the bugs come in". Sooo not true- they have a cock roach/bug issue. Our room was changed. There were bugs in the next room, but not cock roaches. Do you like to see variety of textures on your carpet? Then this is the hotel for you.... about 20 cigarette burns on the carpet and crumbs all along the edges of the carpet. Do you like to see the interior of walls? Well, then again this is the hotel for you... towel bar barely hanging on the wall. I touched it and plaster spilled onto the floor. Do you like to see through the door while in the bathroom? Well again, this would be the hotel for you... the door does not fit the bathroom opening so you can see straight out of the bathroom. I would have given it one star, but the front desk staff was very nice. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in. Convenient for the Cape Cod, Boston, Fall River, New Bedford and other places. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Good choose for breakfast. Hope to come back again

I could tell it was previously updated with new flooring and new bathroom. I would definitely stay here again it was comfortable and clean.

The stay was awesome and the service was good. It smelled really bad of **** in the hallway but the room was perfect so not complaining.
