The employees were exceptional, but the hotel itself was not designed for older folks. The hotel has an indoor waterpark, thus a lot of kids are running the hallways coming and going. The walls between rooms are thin as well as the ceiling above you, so every step above you is quite noticeable and every parent yelling at their kids next to you is heard. The elevator (only one) is s-l-o-w and because of this, people use the stairwells, so those doors are constantly slamming shut. (maybe add/adjust door closers!) It has been awhile since we stayed somewhere with rock-hard beds -but now we know where to find them! There were a few pluses. The rooms were appointed nicely and clean and the hot breakfast was very good. Next time we will pick a non indoor waterpark hotel!
