hotel at the second floor.. only have indian restaurant you can walk or use car to find a restaurant.. ok for stay..

Very bad behavior, unclean and very unsafe place, in a word very disgusting for international travelers.

I was redirected to another hotel on site. At the new hotel, I was not allowed yo check in due to lack of info in the email I received from trip.com.

I received a confirmation email for my room and paid, but when arrive at the hotel the receptionist told me that he did not receive any message for my book and hotel was fully booked, I have to search another hotel (at night). Very dissapointed!!

Its a ****** scam, , i went to their lobby and he said their current hotel no room already and asked me to go another location even though i booked, reached the location he sent me and its a totally different company and both side are irresponsible. I had to book another hotel and wasted my money here and cant even refund. Hope they get caught by police one day.

i was already booking through trip.co apps and the money had already been deducted through the bank acc, but when i got to the hotel, they said that they did not receive any booking from trip.com, and they said that the hotel was already full. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this kind of service. this is my first time booking through trip.co apps and i will no longer use these apps. before this i used agoda and everything went smoothly. i don't know if these apps are really disappointing like this or it's just me being unlucky. I am very disappointed. I tried to contact trip.co but I did not find the customer service button. very bad!
