"Had a pleasant family stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Nathia Gali. The property is beautiful, with excellent facilities and spacious, comfortable rooms. However, Shagun Restaurant was below expectations in food. We also found the hotel’s policy quite rigid, as there were additional charges for almost everything with little flexibility or guest accommodation. With a more guest-friendly approach, the overall experience would be much better."

"Well maintained facility with all basic amenities, spacious rooms, internet, equipped kitchen, comfy beds, good view, good service and staff and non stop electricity. The only issue was under construction road which was beyond the scope of property — however upon construction of road and ease of access this is worth a 5 star facility !! Mind you one can have bar b que on their roof top in the chilling weather of Murree."
