We were given a ground floor room which was very noisy near the car parks.
There was no possibility for natural air exchange as the French windows could not be opened.
Very basic room.
Although they rightly ask for the supplement for those traveling with a small dog, we felt penalized for the quality of the room we were assigned.

Incoraggiato da esperienza positiva in altra struttura B&B Hotel, ma rimasto insoddisfatto. Bello lo spazio comune, moderno e funzionale il check-in automatico qualora servisse. Però stanza troppo piccola, forse ideale per una singola. La convivenza e la gestione degli spazi per una famiglia di tre persone è complicata visto il passaggio per aggirare il letto era di soli pochi centimetri. Bagno senza finestra, l'attacco del doccino allentato al punto da non poter essere utilizzato. Sistema di ventilazione rumoroso durante la notte, seppur con condizionatore spento al termostato. Soddisfacente la pulizia degli ambienti.

Personale super gentile e preparato, ci hanno accolto ed informato su tutte le bellezze di Ravenna, consigliandoci anche degli ottimi ristoranti ed Osterie. Le camere sono semplici, con arredi minimal, ma pulite, Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie!

Soggiorno molto piacevole. La Posizione ad un passo dal centro, raggiungibile facilmente sia a piedi che in autobus. Le camere stazione e pulite. Colazione abbondante e sfatto molto preparato. Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo.
