Lovely place with a beautiful garden in the back where a lovely full breakfast is set each morning with excellent cappuccino available to wake you up. Easy walking distance to the Unesco mosaics and some really fine restaurants. Even though Ravenna hosts so famous an art center, people are friendly and helpful to tourists and the couple that runs this pleasant little hotel are very helpful and engaging. One of our favorite places.

Very well-kept structure, very convenient for reaching the center and the main monuments on foot. The owner is very present and truly generous in welcoming customers. Praise to Mariela for the excellent cappuccino. We will be back!

I stayed in this property for almost a week and I must say that I was thrilled with everything: the kindness and hospitality of the owner Mr. Concetto, the very comfortable and spacious rooms and then a beautiful garden that makes this place even more pleasant! Super recommended...it feels like home! Plus, an excellent location just a few steps from the center!

Not bad…. Not very well….. Very large and comfortable room, but cold. Slightly uncomfortable stairs. No bathroom on the breakfast floor, which is a problem if the room is not ready upon arrival, no table or armchair in the room. Breakfast good enough but nothing special. Definitely intrusive owner. Free parking, which is a plus. However, in my opinion a two star would be more appropriate for the structure and the service

Comfortable B&B in a quiet and peaceful area a few steps from San Vitale, but outside the restricted traffic zone. The rooms overlook the private garden. Clean and comfortable facility. Friendly and helpful owner.

We can really recommend this small hotel with 6 rooms, all with balconies overlooking a large garden in the city center. Family atmosphere and 'home away from home'. Ultra clean rooms. Staff who took care of us. Excellent breakfast on the patio. Without hesitation.

This is a very lovely, clean, hospitable Bed and Breakfast. It is very close to all of the main attractions - they are in easy walking distance. Concetto, the host, is amiable and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast is typical Italian - good cheese and ham, croissants and a tart of the day as well as cereals, juice and toast. The garden is delightful and a couple of rooms open directly onto it. There is even a pet rabbit to treat.
