We stayed in this property over the Easter weekend. Unfortunately there was a bad smell, a dilapidated lift, old furniture (our soft mattress was placed on a base) and summary cleanliness. I don't want to dwell on it further, but I want to say that the hotel staff is very welcoming and kind. On Easter morning they let us find a Kinder egg. Since they are young, I really hope they can give a change of pace to this structure which, among other things, is located in a strategic position, because it is close to the station and a 5-minute walk from the main attractions. Just enough cleaning. Definitely old and poorly maintained structure. The attic room was very hot and dark. Air conditioning not working. Broken Geberit. Very uncomfortable bathroom. Door handle not screwed. Tree without air supply and smells musty. Last but not least, a terrible breakfast with very little choice and poor quality.

We booked the hotel via booking, the receptionist who welcomed us was really kind, explained how everything worked and allowed us to pay after settling into the room. The hotel looks a little run down, the room is also dated with very old finishes. Starting from the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken or rather a hook was broken, the silicone was moldy... furthermore it was not suitable because being used for the disabled, it had a mirror facing downwards, consequently we had to bend down to look at ourselves in the mirror. As for the room, the beds were nothing special. The breakfast was normal. For what we paid on a day in the middle of the week we expected a little more. I will attach photos

Ad un passo dalla stazione e da alcune attrazioni locali, un albergo carino. Da qua e là da l'idea che sia un po' datato o poco "aggiornato" ma sicuramente pulito e con del personale cordialissimo ed attento. Silenzioso. Colazione in sede, semplice ma abbondante, per gli altri pasti in convenzione con dei ristoranti in prossimità dove non mi sono trovata male

Sono stata a Ravenna per lavoro e ho alloggiato in questo “hotel”. Ottima la posizione, ma è l’unica cosa positiva. La camera era piccolissima con un letto attaccato al muro, muro sporco e fatiscente. Il bagno non accessibile, NON sono riuscita ad entrare nella doccia da quanto era piccola. La chiave della camera non funzionava. Il riscaldamento si accende solo alcune ore, nel restante tempo c’è il gelo. La colazione inesistente con due cose messe lì. La ragazza al servizio colazione era tutta presa da un ragazzo ed è stata a parlare con lui per tutto il tempo. In definitiva non so quando abbiamo speso per allogarmi li di certo non ci entrerò più.

Situato vicinissimo la stazione e a due passi dal centro, l'hotel è un po' vecchiotto. I prezzi buoni in rapporto al servizio offerto. Gentili e volenterosi i gestori. Colazione discreta solo dolce. Camere abbastanza grandi seppur datate, silenziosissime per i rumori esterni (almeno l'ultimo piano), non ben insonorizzate dai vicini.
