Excellent stay. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. It's half an hour by road from chiplun railway station. Cooperative and friendly staff. Restaurants is open from morning 9 am to 11:00 pm and they serve yummy food. You can just relax with blissful nature around the property or have fund at their waterpark.

I had been here with a big family get together with a huge number of people .. staff here organized everything so well right strat from the warm welcoming warm checking escorting to the rooms and wonderful cottages they were very much helpful and catering with each and avery need.. Restaurants you will forgot your home made food Amazing and delicious food bieng foody i found right from the buffet layout till the last dessert service everything was well managed and organize that each and every person had enjoyed the meal from hot rotis till hot gulab jamun this place is blessed with good and tasty delicious mouth watering food and hygenic another level ….. Ample space for kids youth and old people to play enjoy chill superb maintained and clean . I will sure to visit here again.. and suggest you all to do visit its a heart of konkan very budget friendly you will get luxurious treatment in you budget… Room are so neat so clean so maintained end so hygenic no body can beat it …. Highly recommend for family friends wedding corporate’s couple small gathering big gathering destination wedding getaways… A PLACE NEVER FORGOT SO BEAUTIFUL SO ELEGANT JUST WOW… Staffs name also i remember Omkar , Sunil, Babu, mohite , sandeep chefs , basit mama, amazing service staff at restaurants… thank you all for taking amazing care and given us so beautifull memories …

Hotel Sadhana Executive Best Hotel-Resort located in Dapoli near Ladghar Beach.Rooms are warm while outside pool is awesome. I highly recommend the hotel . This Hotel is very nice with good clean rooms , nice food, family rooms are very nice , balcony views awesome. Sahil & Prathmesh was really helpful and supportive during our trip definitely would visit again 💯

GGuest Userproperty is nice but seems shortstaffed due to off season, rooms had issues with mobile network as property in outskirts but all they were facing wifi network issues , so no connection with outside world… food / restaurant staff was very good and supportive…
as property is quite big & covered with trees , visibilty at night is very low when trying to move within the property… they have lights on walkway but located at bottom hence very less illumination, it would be handy to carry torch light… overall nice and comfy stay as property is located at malgunda beach

GGuest UserIt's a great place tucked inside forest like area. About 15mins drive from city center. The resort is spread over a large area, full of trees and provides for a quiet ambience amid nature. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have balconies offering a view of the forest. Restaurant serves good and reasonable food But is only thali (Fish/Chicken/Veg) and needs to be ordered an hour in advance. The staff is super good - very polite and ever ready to take care of any of your requests to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable

GGuest UserStrategically located adjacent to Bhatye Beach, Sunset Point being the signature spot of this Resort, Rooms with old furniture are very Big with 3 beds in each, and all the rooms are same, with all facing the beach. Staff are courteous and Food is OK. Resort is 15/20 mins from Ratnagiri Rly Station. Property is huge with ample greenery. The only negative point is that overall maintenance is low, but yes, you will definitely love this resort. Ganapati Pule Temple is 01 hr. drive from this resort. Visit Fort, Lighthouse & have some bites at KFC, Dominos or Amore for a change. Kohinoor Samudra was indeed a great choice for us!!!!
