very very very impressive property, rooms, toilets, public toilets, all clean and cleared.. The dining area is big and clean, and the pool view. The hotel view is the room to play area then swimming pool then sea.

The hotel staff is very very very kind and helpful, all have good nature. 10 out 10 marks...👍🙏

Overall stay was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice beach front property. Staff was also courteous esp. Mahesh. Food served was tasty with sufficient quantity. Breakfast was nice too. Service was on a little slower side. Wifi was not working in 2 of the 3 rooms we had booked. Need to improve these two things. Otherwise a good experience staying here.

My and my husband visited this property for a 3 day stay. The experience overall was very pleasant. The rooms and the service was great. Just be sure you're booking the 'sea side facing' executive rooms and not the 'side sea facing' ones if you wish to get a balcony in view of the sea. The staff was very cooperative and the food was great. There was absolutely no wifi in the room (so that is a false claim. Air-tel has no network there at all. So if you are expecting to attend some work related calls make sure that you get another service provider.

We have stayed there for 2 days, but there was major service related issues. Like i have ordered for a milk for my child, after 3 followup and almost after 1 n half hour i got the milk. Same things are happened with all my requirements. Also in room no 110, there is no handwash for 2 days. No hot water. In both the rooms we didn't get the towels. Only the best thing is there view. But guys please don't book from mmt, they don't show sea view rooms.

Location of hotel is very nice in front of beach. Food prepared in local spices is mouth watering. All the hotel staff and particularly mr. Mahesh are very helpful and service is excellent without any doubts. Definitely we will visit again.

Location, food and all amenities are the best. The sea view from the resort is amazing. The resort is well maintained, clean. Beach is just few steps away

The hotel was good but the staff were not supportive. We reached around 2. 30pm, staff told us after we checked in that lunch could not be arranged, you have to manage by yourself which was not told beforehand. Also ordering food has to be done at least 2-3 hours before meal timings. If you want to order more while eating, it is not possible to do it at this hotel. So staying here is totally at your own risk especially if you are travel-ling for the first time to dapoli.
