Highly untidy. And no cleanliness. They changed 4star hotel rate but services are of ordinary hotel

Room was too small and with dirty smell, i requested to change, but hotel refused to change, also charged higher through mmt, direct they offered 400 rs. Less for room

Location wise the place is very much accessible and quiet for stay. Room cleanliness to be checked, some rooms have issues with closed foul smell. Makemytrip booking has some issues here, it shows a room with breakfast available but at the hotel this is not considered, this i have seen experiencing from my last 3 visits.

This property is poorly maintained, the washroom stinks, the bathroom accessories are worn out, the rooms are damp, bed linens dirty. Overall this hotel is not worth staying, there are better options closer to this location but not listed on the internet. I will think twice while booking hotels from make my trip.

Good Property, ample parking, good restaurant, excellent food. Room hygiene levels, very very poor. House keeping needs tremendous improvement. Room service personel needs hospitality training.
