Very decent hotel if you just need to put up a night. Receptionist very friendly & helpful. Great location as it's close by to the mall, hospital, and eateries. Dated furnishing but reasonably clean.

The old mattress feels spring less comfortable. There are no taxis nearby, so you have to ride at KPJ. Counter workers do not like hotel customers using the Trip.com application because they always give incorrect price information to customers.
