We arrived early and from the second we drove in until the moment we left, we were extremely happy with the service. Because of our flight we arrived at 9 am so our room wasn’t ready so we did pay to upgrade (Al Sarab tented villa with pool) which was worth it but the butler service was poor. It was meant to be have their WhatsApp and they service you, but no responses or late replies for like an hour. Overall, it’s ok because we could still call using the phone but it was just an expectation that they set but couldn’t deliver. View was good, bonfire was great place to sit a have a drink, pool was heated, room was clean.

This is the most satisfying hotel I stayed in during my visit to Dubai. The hotel is located in the desert area, where there are camels, antelopes, owls and other wild animals. The pool room I chose allows me to enjoy the various wild animals while swimming. This is my third time to this hotel. The environment and privacy of the hotel are very suitable for a person to relax or vacation with a partner. The heated swimming pool is definitely the biggest attraction. My husband and I are very satisfied with the three-day experience. It's a pity that it was too short and we didn't have enough fun.
