Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lancaster - Mount Joy

New hotel which is why we booked. The breakfast was mediocre. Could do with a healthy option like plain greek yoghurt. 24/7 coffee wasn't really a thing: after about 10pm the lights in the breakfast area of the lobby were turned off and the coffee cold or often removed completely.

Clean, comfortable and friendly. Breakfast starts at 6 am which was a plus since we are early risers. Hotel was pretty quiet too. Floors and walls blocked out more noise than most other Holiday Inn Express' that we've stayed in. Easy on/off highway.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. My friend and I stayed for a full week. The breakfast every morning was delicious. There were so many choices to choose from. The hotel was so clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I have honestly never stayed at a hotel this clean and with a phenomenal breakfast. I highly recommend!!

This hotel is new. It is super clean, rooms are comfy, staff are so accommodating, breakfast was good. There is a pool and the location is easily accessible to the highway. The staff went above and beyond for our stay.

We stayed here for its close proximity to Spooky Nook for a volleyball tournament. Rooms were clean, breakfast was decent, and the hotel was well kept. There is a nearby Sheetz, Starbucks, Dominos too! Would recommend, very clean Holiday Inn.

Great big room, free breakfast (not powered eggs) and the entire place was very clean. Outstanding front desk manager - Tom. What a pleasant young man - fabulous personality, very professional and helpful. It's good to see someone who is happy at his/her job. Tom gave us a list of places where we could eat and directions. A really nice stay.

Comfortable and clean newer property. Easy check in process. We had a queen with sofa. Plenty of room. Standard HIE breakfast. I was disappointed the pancake machine was broken at the time. A sheetz convenient store and McDonalds across the street.

On Tuesday June 28th 2022 at about 11:30 pm my family and I came in late and tired from a cross country trip to relocate with the military on orders. When I asked for a military rate “Raj” the employee told me that they do not do that “sort of thing” here at this hotel. I explained to him that I frequently stay with Holiday Inn often on military business and that the hotel is one of the best in that regards. We argued for 2 minutes and I told him fine I just need a place to sleep for the eve so that I can continue on to my next stop at another Holiday Inn the next day. Be advised if you come across this individual and you are a service member. The hotel is clean, and it looks amazing.
