Rapallo Hotels with Wi-Fi

The staff's hospitality was very high and I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained throughout. We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The view from our room overlooked the sea and was unforgettably beautiful.

The location is very, very good. You can see the sea and fireworks from the terrace. It is convenient to go out and the surrounding atmosphere is chill. The hotel is relatively new, but it is indeed at the level of a four-star hotel. Cleanliness, bedding, and service are all at the level of a four-star hotel. The price-performance ratio is high.

The high-rise scenery is good, the hotel's overall facilities are intact, the pool view is beautiful, and the breakfast is average. The Michelin restaurant in the hotel is very cheap and the taste is really average. Suitable for children with parking.

I booked this booking only one room but it showed at the hotel that I booked 2 rooms and they charged me 2 rooms. Please clarify and refund me one room charge!!!!

The location was perfect and we are lucky enough to find street parking just outside the hotel. However, due to the lack of blanket (only a thin sheet of cloth and a unwashable thick blanket in wardrobe), we were unable to get a good night sleep. Also, the handle of the toilet was broken.

The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!
