Gepflegte Gastlichkeit ohne Fehl und Tadel. Altehrwürdiges Gebäude in modernisiertem Zustand. Kein Aufzug, ziemlich steile enge Treppe (für mich kein Problem). Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Had booked Standard Doppelzimmer; ended up with a very small room at the top level. The bathroom door could only be opened partially and hit the sink. Bathroom looked extremely dated (i.e. deferred maintenance and cleaning). Window was difficult to open and close and the tilt function was not working (again, maintenance issue). Because there's no A/C need window for ventilation esp. during warm days. Bed was ok, but pillows seemed to be very old as they collapsed to nothing once lying on them. As for the room - very disappointing ! esp. since the website pics imply something different. Breakfast was good but hard to make up for a bad night's sleep.

Wir waren für eine Nacht untergebracht.
Zimmer und Bad sauber und die Größe ausreichend. Fenster mit Rollladen, fanden wir super. Sehr ruhig. Matratzen für uns zu weich. Was nicht so schön war, das Waschbecken, innen, hatte riesige Risse, könnte man mal austauschen.
Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und schmackhaft.
Im großen und Ganzen würden Wir dort nochmal einchecken.

The bathroom was somewhat dated.
We had to wait to check out as the staff were busy with breakfast.
Also, the restaurant was full on the second night so we had to go elsewhere for tea.
It was a handy stopover from the motorway.
