We dropped in little early so Mr Kumar Vihal helped us in early check in and while waiting he courtesly offered us water and coffee and made sure we were comfortable and get a room of our choice. Overall nice rooms with modern ameneties and good vibes.."

Everything was served promptly, reflecting the hotel's efficient and well-managed service. A special mention goes to Ms. Suhana Jha for her professional and helpful nature. She was always courteous, attentive, and ready to assist whenever needed. Her warm hospitality and quick response to guest requests added greatly to the overall experience. The combination of heritage ambience, comfortable rooms, excellent food, and efficient service made my solo stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Ranchi Chanakya BNR Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Ranchi."

"It is a pleasant stay. Check out was 11 am, but they allowed till 12. 00 noon. There are bath tub in room, but no water connection, so tub can not b used. In room dining facility availed, but quality of food not upto the mark, looks like burnt oil is reused for cooking. No facility for driver to stay."
