This was the most ghetto experience at a hotel I've ever experienced. I didn't even stay the night and I came from out of town. I spoke with someone yesterday and they we're supposed to be getting back to me. But I have not heard anything from your Company yet.

Affordable. The only thing is there’s no “breakfast” Whatever they have in the morning - caffe, cereal bar and muffin we can’t consider breakfast.

Awesome Staff, Awsome Service , Family Oriented , Service is Awsome and I would definitely recommend , Room was Clean To the “T” , Great great The beds are amazing in every way, and so is the ac in the rooms, My fridge went out the day I got here and was immediately replaced with no question asked, i highly highly recommend

It was okay the room was cleaned well. I was on the first floor so I saw the occasional bug. The biggest issue is they are very money hungry I request a lot of hotels. I stay there over a month checked out a few days early because I found an apartment. They changed my rate to daily and took my whole deposit. I’ve never heard of that before. Plus I double checked through the extended stay app and I was overcharged. The staff was nice for the most part but the stay was okay. I spent 3k for 30 days. Previous I would’ve spent like 2k.

I went to Raleigh for a surgery, when we first got there, we saw a guy running away from cops and the cops arresting him. And when we got to our room, it did smell like smoke so we went to the store to get some febreze, other than that the room looked clean

we appreciate the staff! however its not their fault as to the conditions of the rooms. they still did what they could to address our concerns. Which are...roaches, smoke and urine smell in the rooms. i do like that you can use quarters for laundry.
