The pool had dead leaves in it and was never cleaned during our 5-day stay, so we didn't use it. There is a courtyard next door, but it is cheaper, so we recommend it.

OUR TRIP EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. 'tHERE ARE ONLY 2 COMPLAINTS:
1. Because my husband is an amputee, we asked for a handicap equipped room. However, the toilet was not handicap status and was very difficult for him to use.
2. When we were preparing to leave, we were unable to procur a luggage cart and had to haul all our luggage to the car.
Otherwise, we were very pleased and will be making reservations for the Christmas holidays.

They hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I don’t recommend booking through Trip.com. I booked and prepaid several days before arriving and the room that I had booked was unavailable. The hotel said they reached out to trip.com to let them know that I wouldn’t have a room and to contact me. Instead I got confirmation emails stating my room was available for check in. The hotel was very nice and helped me get an available room with not additional cost but trip.com refused to do any kind of refund for they different room.

Nice for the price but not the cleanest hotel I have been in. It was great to shower and sleep a night as we were passing through though. The room and beds were nice, but I did find some trash in a pretty obvious place from a previous guest that made me think it hadn't been cleaned good. The pool was closed too which was a bummer.

I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and on the day we checked out, we found our car with the passenger side window broken. We were left waiting for the supervisor to review the security footage for over an hour, but they never showed up. We had to leave to deal with the window issue because we had to catch a flight.

I have already written about my tough experience and they did respond they are using the information. I forgot to say if you are in a handicap room, the commode should also be a raised porcelain water closet. Everything about the room was spotless, ready, and comfortable. Now for the rest of the upstairs.
