Very nice hotel but don't expect smiles
Very nice suite room. On the garden level. Good and clean hotel. Breakfast was good.
Except for one waiter, all restaurant staff were too busy talking to each other or busy on their phoned. No smile, no greetings, no eye contact. Anyway, if customer service in restaurant is not important, than this hotel is worth considering.

Service, cleanliness. Staff , food outstanding. The room nice large and very clean. Mr Mishra manager was very helpful with our stay for 28 days,he is an asset to your company and the reception staff espically Rahul were excellent. Restaurant staff all were very helpful and specially Mr Vikram and Mr Yogindra .But a very special thank you to room cleaning staff who were spotless with cleaning our rooms and kept the complete hotel very clean.please thank Mr Boss Singh from us. The only one recommendation is the breakfast could do with more gujrati dishes, because to many south Indian dishes

Anstey Nomad revisit’s Rajkot.
Nice hotel 2nd time I have stayed here, good breakfast, variety of food on evening menu, clean, comfortable rooms with complementary toiletries, friendly and attentive staff.
Location is a short walk to the main bus station, museum, Ghandi’s house etc

One of the best hotel options for business and family get-together. Food is good. service is very good. Staff nature and their presence of mind is good. Room furniture is little bit old but still not so bad. Conferance hall is good for 250 pax not more than that

The stay is comfortable, food is good, even staff is respectful, even valet parking is available, but there is concern for 2 wheeler parking which can be improved, there is common parking I think they can improve a lot in this particular thing.

The service at the grand regency was excellent and established a comforting and clean spacious setting for our family stay during our holiday. We had an overall well executed hospitality of meals provided and prompt request from the housekeeping. Highly recommend!!

We had event at the venue of Ring ceremony, venue is great place to plan the event these review is just not only for the place but the food, staffs behaviour and the services they have provided were so outstanding that we can not think of any options.

Great services and stay. We stayed as a guest there of a wedding family. Breakfast, checkin, checkout, room services and room quality. Everything was top notch. Including the staff. So just book it.
