Old property, rooms having smell, mattress are old and hard, no liquid hand wash in toilet, toiletries not matching standards, over priced, need overall renovation.

room key not working
had to tell at reception to open door of room every time i stepped out. Ordered mutton biryani for dinner. Was served kaccha mutton in the biryani costing 567rs complained i requested they to waive off bill as i could eat only rice and left mutton which was inedible. They tried to give 20% disc, i refused paid full amount of rs. 567 for biryani rice. Asked for bill sis t get they only gave me slip which i had signed for biryani. Bill not given

Very poor room service and reception. I stayed forntwo days and both days when i ordered food didn't get a food. After multiple calls they delivered food after an hour. Reception guy didn't know who is the manager of hotel. They charged 4000+ for one day and nothing was there.

Hotel is good but once they allotted room it’s not as per booking. Then will raise concerns regarding room aminities and services then they change room.

Unclean, very poorly maintained hotel. Bathroom badly leaking at 2 placee. In middle of night air con got stuck at high temp. Room was ciggerate smelling and also smell of wet, unwashed mop cloth. Never recommended. Avoid this hotel.
