During my stay, i was delighted with the excellent service the attentive and friendly staff provided. The delicious food was a highlight of my experience, and i especially appreciated the variety of options available. The hotel's location was perfect, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. Location is very cool and room no 404 view is awesome. Overall food experience is very good. Services is slow and hot water not available at premises.

Location and food here is great. I think it’s the best in raigarh. What they should improve is their bathrooms. They are getting old. The shower is a big problem in most rooms of this hotel. Even the bathroom shower cabinet floor gets greasy sometimes you get the feeling that it’s getting too old or not properly scrubbed every time.

Infrastructure is old and rooms are very humid. Broken window ac. Not worth as per tariff. Bathroom is not properly cleaned.

Staff behaviour was not good as previously i visited time and food price are so costly and complementary breakfast has not much items. And they are not behave good
