Soggiorno più che soddisfacente! Camere spaziose, confortevoli e pulite. Ottima la colazione, con una grande varietà di cibi in grado di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Personale qualificato, gentile e cordiale. Comodissimo il garage che dà accesso direttamente nella hall!!! Ottimo il rapporto qualità - prezzo.
Lo consiglierei ai miei amici.

We stayed here 2 nights while traveling with a tour group. It is a lovely hotel and we had a very large room - although others did not. The bathtub is very high and hard to get in and out of for short people like myself and there are no hand rails. It is close to the local bars and restaurants and in a very nice area. The breakfast was very good. However, when going to pay my mini bar tab with Euros they did not have change - so that was inconvenient.

First thing to realize 4 stars in Sicily is different than 4 stars in the US. With that We were in a superior accomodation. The room was HUGE, Clean and bed was very conmfortable. Bathroom was very large Shower was so modern with so many nozzles we couldnt figure out how to use it. Over size large balcony deck but side door was ajar. Breakfast was wonderful and huge just like every breakfast hotel in Sicily. Area wa great with many places to eat and shop Single Elevator service spotty and front staff trying but too busy

Lovely rooms very large and well appointed However....just one lift which is very slow and has to serve the 90+rooms over 5 floors, and the 2 basement floors. Service at breakfast is non existent. Ask for help and the staff are almost rude in their response. Just 2 coffee machines , both very temperamental and prone to breaking down. So 120/150 plus guests trying to get coffee before their trips depart is a recipe for chaos. It is faster to go to the downstairs coffee shop and bring back a takeaway. Staff do not clear the tables quickly enough, nor does the buffet get replenished very quickly.

Camere comode e pulite. Personale gentile e attento a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Cena e colazione molto soddisfacenti. Situato in una posizione strategica, in modo da raggiungere con la massima facilità tutti i posti. Ragusa è una bellissima città.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel. Il est un peu difficile d’accès avec la zone piétonne mais possibilité de se garer dans la rue en bas (payant). Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. Le personnel est sympathique. De nombreux restaurants aux alentours.
