Ottima struttura, personale gentilissimo e professionale. All'interno dell'hotel si può godere del totale relax con tutti i comfort. L'hotel è situato in un borgo meraviglioso immerso nella natura e che si può visitare a piedi dalla dimora.

Ci viene data una bella stanza, il servizio è puntuale... usciamo a cena e quando rientriamo scopriamo che un pub, proprio a 20mt in linea d'aria, si trasforma in una discoteca a cielo aperto. In camera non si riesce a dormire. Chiamiamo e rispondono dalla reception che lo sanno, già altre persone si sono lamentate. Mai avrei immaginato che nel chianti non si riuscisse a dormire dalla musica, non si sente la TV in camera dal volume. È una truffa per i soldi che chiedono

Devo essere sincera…sono stata attirata dalla struttura per via della pubblicità continua su Instagram e devo purtroppo dire che sono stata ingannata da foto che corrispondevano a quelle di un’altra struttura del gruppo….hotel secondo me con servizi non da quattro stelle ;neanche ciabattine e accappatoi dati come altre strutture veramente da quattro stelle. Già all’arrivo,con tanta stanchezza abbiamo dovuto affrontare la problematica della doccia che non funzionava e neanche il tentativo di scusarsi anche se dopo essere scesi in reception ci hanno finalmente cambiato stanza avendo dovuto “minacciare”di chiedere rimborso e andare via).Reception molto fredda e non sempre all’altezza delle richieste e devo dire che il fatto di aver delle strutture in diversi posti si è rivelato essere abbastanza scomodo.Colazione molto poco variata rispetto ad altri hotel e personale non sempre cordiale.Spiace dirlo ma non tornerei in questa struttura.

Lovely hotel in the middle of the town. Beds were extremely comfy with the best pillows I have ever had in a hotel. Well equipped bathroom with excellent shower. Decorated really nicely and very clean and well looked after. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. Spa was enjoyable and we also got to use the sister hotel's pool. Would recommend

Undoubtedly the least enjoyably place we stayed on our honeymoon. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, but that was where our positive experience stopped. The hotel is spread across 3 separate buildings, and there are no elevators, so good luck with your bags. Our first night I was up till 2AM because our air conditioner was broken. The front desk said they would look for a fan, and took almost 2 hours to find one. The next morning I see several fans in the lobby that were on the reception staff. The reception staff for the morning was rude and not hospitable to work with. Also they did not change our towels out as my wife’s freshly folded towel was indeed the one from the day before. This hotel advertises amenities that are not on site, and they do not have shuttles to transport you to their sister hotels. They tried to save the day by “upgrading” our room because they could not fix the air, and we thought this was a nice gesture. Except that we had to repack everything and move our own bags back down the flight of steep stairs and across the village to the other building. We were so happy with the new room, until the evening came. The room is right next to a bar that stays open until 2-3AM and blasts club music that shakes the room. You will not get any sleep here. Honestly for 420€ a night, you’d be better off sleeping under a bridge. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Accoglienza del personale e gestione di tutta la struttura eccellente . Colazione e cena nel ristorante fantastiche . Spa interna , comodità a tutti servizi, possibile uso di piscina esterna in altre strutture. Paesaggi meravigliosi e rilassanti. Tutto il personale sempre sorridente e super disponibile.

This is a hidden gem in an absolutely beautiful little village. This has been extremely tastefully renovated in keeping with the interesting building. Our room was perfect, it was large and felt grand. The staff were so very helpful and even helped bring our luggage in from the car. The food in the restaurant was very much to our liking which meant we could just relax in the hotel after a long drive. So far this has been my favourite place. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

L’hôtel a un cachet particulier, mélange d’ancien et de modernité. D’une chambre classique, nous avons eu la chance d’être upgradé vers la suite junior dont les dimensions autorisent l’organisation d’un mini bal ! La chambre est bien équipée avec airconditonné, double série de volets (extérieurs et intérieurs), un très grand lit extrêmement confortable et une belle salle de bain. Notre chambre donnait sur une petite rue intérieure bien au calme pour une bonne nuit réparatrice. Le personnel de la réception est absolument charmant et très serviable. Les explications reçues en anglais étaient très claires et précises. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking privé gratuit très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est excepionnel en termes de choix et de produits frais ou faits maison. Quelque soit l’heure, il y a toujours de tout. Quand il manque quelque chose, il suffit de demander :o)! Le personnel est super attentif, chaleureux et serviable ! Le restaurant (nous y avons mangé deux soirs) est excellent. Radda offre plein de possibilités de très bien manger en dehors de l’hôtel (Olinto, Bottega del Eroica et Bottega Di Colle). L’hôtel ne dispose pas d’un bar mais propose un self service limité aux vins. Pas un souci, car le Sandy’s Bar est situé à 100 métres et offre de bonnes bière pression avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée ! Radda est un lieux idéalement situé à proximité de Sienne et San Gimignano avec tous les avantages d’un village et d’une ville (restaurant, boutiques). Nous y retournerons bien volontiers.

This is a great location, great rooms and very friendly staff. Many great local restaurants and a short drive to many wineries. Driving the area was a lot of fun and I would come back to this location without hesitation. I would highly recommend Plaza Leopoldo
