This is your typical Hampton Inn & Suites. If you like them, you'll like this one. The included breakfast buffet had all of the usual offerings. The beds are the usual softer side. The room was clean. The best part of the stay was the staff. The overnight desk-person was fantastically friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little farther than it appears from Elizabethtown and the main gate at Ft. Knox, but it's not terrible.

Our trip north to help our parent move north - we needed to find a place to lay our heads. Most hotels along our way home were filled, so we needed to go out of our way to find one that was open. This HI was out of the way but was quite nice. It was in the later part of the night and they had a room for us- Yea! We were tired and not disappointed. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows and showers helped us smooth the road from our bones. An early breakfast enriched us for the road ahead. Thanks

Late at night we were searching for a place to sleep after a long day of driving. Near Fort Knox, this quant hotel had just what we needed for a restful sleep. Morning gave us our delicious breakfast and the inviting blue hills of KY

Dog hotel, dog barked all night and day they told me they would make them leave but didn’t, I found out the next night. They care more about dogs than paying customers. Terrible stay… i was actually asked one time if I would like to change rooms so I didn’t have to listen to it bark.

This hotel has consistently had good service. Near attractions in the area but away from the noise. Staff is always helpful. Breakfast is better than most Near a Walmart in case you need something you left at home. Several restaurants close by

Stay here whenever we visit our daughter and son-in- law. They live in Vine Grove, KY Rooms are always clean and well appointed. Breakfast was not as good as in the past. I think because it was a holiday, and the hotel was short handed. Normally it is excellent. Was very disappointed to find that dogs are now allowed in the hotel. This would not be a problem if certain rooms were allocated for dogs. My husband has allergies, and it is hard to get dander out. As usual the world caters to the minority not the majority. Thank you to Dawn and Special for their humor and help. We were lucky to get them again on the front desk. Hope to see you next year.

We were driving through and needed a place to stay overnight that had safe parking because we had a car full of belongings. This fit the bill. There was plenty of parking. It was well lit and wasn’t immediately surrounded by other business where people loiter. We arrived at 3 am and we’re greeted by the friendliest woman. I had called at midnight when we hit traffic and she had us all checked in. When we walked in she said with a warm smile, “I know who you are.” She handed us our keys and we went right to our room. The room was average, clean, good air conditioning. The hair dryer was the sort that was fixed to the wall and was louder than anything and vibrated till you skin slid off. It overheated in about 90 seconds. There was a tubless shower with adequate water pressure. We had a late check out (1pm confirmed a couple times) but they called at 11am to see why we had not checked out. That was unfortunate. We didn’t see breakfast but they had a nice seating are where it was held. As parking was my main concern, this place did great. The hotel is on a bit of a hill as well.

I have stayed in many hotels in my life. This has been one of my greatest experiences. Ms. Dawn set the tone by welcoming me and making me feel like a VIP. There was a wholesome breakfast ready every morning, fresh coffee available 25/7 in the lobby, great fitness facilities, and some of the cleanest rooms.

Very friendly and informative Staff. Promptly answered questions and assisted as needed. In house complimentary breakfast was nice. We stayed 2 nights and were greeted leaving and coming back. It was a nice stay.
