È già la terza volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel e visto quanto eravamo felici e rilassati al nostro ritorno, i nostri amici hanno voluto provare. Anche loro ne sono rimasti estasiati. Non posso dire quali sono le caratteristiche migliori, tutto è pensato per fare in modo che i clienti siano coccolati. La spa è molto bella, i bagni di vapore sono un’esperienza paradisiaca. La colazione è la cena sono esperienze per il palato da assaporare con tutti i sensi . La sostenibilità non va a scapito della funzionalità ma è un valore aggiunto. Tutto il personale è molto cordiale e simpatico oltre ad essere molto preparato. Se volete staccare dalla quotidianità ed essere coccolati questo è il posto giusto.

Wir haben zum zweiten mal unseren Urlaub hier geplant, diesmal 7 Tage. Die abgelegene Lage, die herrliche Natur direkt am Hotel und in der ganzen Umgebung, die kompetenten und fürsorglichen Mitarbeiter, die herzliche und immer präsente Gastgeber-Familie, die herrausragende Küche, der charmant-lockere Service, das nachhaltige naturnahe Konzept - alles das sind Gründe, warum wir uns wieder für einen Aufenthalt im Naturhotel Rainer entschieden haben und wieder tun werden. Der neu erweiterte Wellnessbereich gibt gerade an verregneten Tagen die Möglichkeit sich im Haus die Zeit zu vertreiben, aber auch nach einer schönen Wanderung ist ein Saunagang oder der wohltuende Onsenpool eine gute Wahl. Die geführten Wanderungen sind auch zu empfehlen, gerade die Wanderung zur hauseigenen Ontratalm mit der Seniorchefin war wieder ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts.

Erstklassiges Naturhotel mit super Nachhaltigkeitskonzepten! Extrem freundliches, kompetentes Personal, beginnend beim Checkin und endend jeden Abend bei den erstklassigen Speisen und Getränken. Es kommen nur selbstgemachte Naturprodukte auf den Teller und der Hausherr steht hier noch selbst mit in der Küche. Die ganze Familie ist stets bemüht ein wunderbares Urlaubserlebnis zu gestalten. Hauseigene, geführte Wanderungen in der Region (alles inklusive), vergleichbares haben wir noch nie erlebt! Danke Hannes, Katrin und dem gesamten Team für ein paar tolle Tage, wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und möchten nach diesem ersten Besuch gerne wiederkommen. Alles modern, geschmackvoll. Super freundliches Personal. Großartige Verpflegung. Ganz toll auch die Saunaaufgüsse von Veronika und Reinhard mit anschließender Abkühlung im Bach.

Siamo stati per 10gg in questo albergo (per noi è la quarta volta che ci torniamo) è siamo rimasti come sempre entusiasti del livello di servizio, dal servizio ristorante alla gestione delle escursioni è tutto una stupenda sorpresa. Ti senti coccolato fin dal primo giorno e il personale è splendito, sempre a disposizione per rendere la tua vacanza un'esperienza unica. Per quanto ci riguarda torneremo molto volentieri!

Io e la mia ragazza, per il nostro soggiorno abbiamo scelto il Naturhotel tra le numerose alternative in Trentino. Ad esperienza conclusa possiamo ritenerci piu che soddisfatti della nostra scelta per i motivi che seguono. La struttura è ottima e nuova, sia dall’esterno che le zone interne. Il ristorante offre pasti eccezionali, dall’abbondante colazione a buffet alle curatissime portate della cena. L’attenzione alla ristorazione è elevata, proprio quella che ci si aspetta da un hotel del genere. Le esperienze limitrofe da fare in giornata sono infinite, scegliere le migliori sta a voi ma potete sempre farvi aiutare dal personale dell’hotel. Infine a rendere diversa dalle altre la nostra permanenza, è stata l’area benessere ad accoglierci ogni pomeriggio e le piccole attenzioni come le borracce riempite la mattina e il regalo di sapone artigianale al nostro check out. Se proprio debba trovare un difetto, l’assenza di buffet all’inizio della cena e l’assenza di merenda che invece in altri hotel è presente. Consiglio vivamente di passare

Ottima struttura adatta per una vacanza rilassante e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Personale cordiale , sorridente e disponibile. Camere molto pulite con uno spazioso terrazzo. La cucina è di alta qualità e comprende nel menù anche piatti vegetariani. Lo staff organizza escursioni guidate tutti i giorni. Altamente consigliato.

Tutto sopra ogni aspettativa. Addormentarsi col rumore del ruscello è stato magico. Un posto dove l'educazione e la cortesia fanno la differenza. Veramente Top. Abbiamo trovato questo albergo disperati perché alloggiavamo in un altro che si trova a 100 mt di distanza ma abbiamo cambiato. Impareggiabile..nella sfortuna siamo stati fortunati !!!@ Cibo superlativo..grazie
