Superbe cadre. Super personnel. Par contre pour un palace quelques touches négatives. Le carrelage cassé dans les toilettes. La peinture élimée. Par contre tout est au top très propre. Je mets 3 étoiles parce que pour un palace certaines prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur.

Un Spot de luxe avec golf, et l'expérience a été exceptionnelle. L'hôtel était parfaitement situé, offrant une vue imprenable sur le parcours. Les installations étaient modernes et bien entretenues, avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Le parcours de golf lui-même était un vrai plaisir : des fairways bien soignés, des greens rapides et des paysages magnifiques. Que vous soyez débutant ou golfeur expérimenté, il y avait des défis pour tous les niveaux. Le personnel était accueillant et attentif, toujours prêt à donner des conseils sur le jeu ou à organiser des activités. De plus, les repas proposés au restaurant étaient délicieux, parfaits pour recharger les batteries après une journée sur le green. En somme, c'était un séjour relaxant et revitalisant, combinant le plaisir du golf avec le confort d'un hôtel de qualité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit aux amateurs de golf !

We were looking for a nice and high end restaurant joint to go to for a special occasion and your restaurant popped up as it is within proximity of our place of residence. I was accompanied with a couple of friends and a family member along with a five year old child. I have to say that from the hotel grounds feature the grandeur of Moroccan/Moorish architectural design. It reflects the royalty aspect of the Kingdom on Morocco. We were made feel so special and were shown the genuine and authentic Moroccan hospitality. Our experience at the Mediterranean Brasserie was good, but could have been a lot better. This is with no fault to anyone. I think with the hotel being recently open, the staff is still kind of breaking in, but the overall atmosphere was amazing. I would definitely revisit the hotel again for another dining experience. The next time, I will try the cocktails offered at the Blind Tiger. Thank you again for being great hosts. YA

Nous avions choisi le restaurant olea pour notre dîner en famille, Un cadre élégant , un personnel de salle souriant, pro, à l'écoute, principalement la délicate et professionnelle Fatiha qui nous a servi avec élégance et surtout avec gentillesse hors du commun . Une cuisine ancrée dans les saveurs méditerranéennes, à la découverte de sensations subtiles, accompagnées d’une générosité rare, le tout orchestré par le chef majido qui nous a éteint présenté par Fatiha, il était entièrement motivé à nous satisfaire dans les moindres des détails En bref, bien plus qu'un simple dîner, ce fut un voyage gustatif hors du commun .Bravo

The Ritz Carlton places the city on the map of luxury destination, we were sealing a weekend getaway and we fall into a memorable experience that made us look forward to come back again! Everything was so perfect and Walid was the person who really marked us a lot, always available and always happy around the team and the guests, a real gentleman! We will be back soon!

An expansive property with many pools, fountain, and other outdoor water features that, with several hundred acres of adjacent trees and golf course keep the temperature down and the humidity at a comfortable level. Indoor you will find beautiful lobbies, corridors and functional spaces. There are currently multiple restaurants but not all of the eventual restaurants are open just yet. Olea (Mediterranean with indoor and outdoor seating), Palappa (outdoor covered), the lobby cafe, and Crying Tiger (bar/lounge with a tapas menu) are open. There are at least 2 more restaurants, Rihla and a Japanese fusion that should open over the next 4-5 months. Room's are fantastic and feature decks and beautiful views in every direction.

Un dîner parfait par le chef Brahim, on s’est régalés. Les plats sont copieux et délicieux. Le cadre est somptueux et le service était impeccable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrais plusieurs fois. Personnel chaleureux.

Chaque bouchée était un véritable délice, témoignant du talent indéniable du chef Adil. Je tiens également à remercier chaleureusement le personnel pour l'accueil convivial et le service impeccable. Un remerciement tout particulier à Samira et Fatiha pour leur attention et leur gentillesse qui ont rendu notre expérience encore plus mémorable. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine et d'excellente hospitalité.
