: Inacceptable, à fuir absolument ! Commentaire : C’est une expérience absolument scandaleuse ! Nous sommes arrivés dans cet appartement à 5 (mon mari, mes deux enfants de 21 mois et 7 ans, et ma mère), et dès l’arrivée, c’était la catastrophe. Pas d’eau chaude et un compteur électrique qui saute toutes les 3 minutes ! On a dû vivre avec un système électrique défectueux. Après avoir signalé le problème, on nous a déplacés à 22h dans un autre appartement… mais devinez quoi ? Nous avons payé pour 3 chambres, et on nous a donné un logement avec seulement 2 chambres. Résultat : mon bébé de 21 mois a dû dormir seul dans le salon, et ma fille a dû partager une chambre avec ma mère ! C’est totalement inadmissible de gérer ainsi les choses, surtout quand on paie pour un service qui n’a pas été respecté. Jamais de la vie je ne reviendrai ici, c’est une honte !

It is very bad hotel. Did a reservation and the payment via them website 1 night my wife will spend there. Cause she have one day work there. On her way contact with the hotel to make sure someone will be there to handover the keys and room. They said they are full will try to find other hotel and refund the money back and contact with bilal the guy who created all that confusion keep saying lies putting us in stress casue already she is in the road from other town and in the end he sent to us details of other hotel after wasting 5 hrs in leis. So we can book via booking. And about the payment not give any feedback about the refund seems such cheating system. Never ever trust on such hotel. First time facing such situation in any kind of ky reservations in different countries. The worst experience ever.

The spacious two bed apartment was very comfortable, it was very clean and had housekeeping every two days. It was very useful to have a washing machine. The kitchen was well equipped with kettle microwave and coffee machine Easy walk to the two shopping centres
