"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We were very satisfied with the hotel and the staff. Everyone was kind and polite and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Our balcony had a stunning view overlooking the harbor – perfect for morning coffee. Breakfast was delicious, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and we absolutely loved the beautiful garden under the olive trees – such a peaceful spot to relax. The pool was also fantastic – clean, well-maintained and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. Next time we visit Rab Island, we will definitely stay here again!"

"Since Veli Mel is a 3 star hotel, I think that it was overall nice experience. The rooms are bit on the old side, but still large enough with balcony. Missed WIFI in room - it was only available at reception. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach, just a short walk away also you have a choice of second (smaller and cleaner) beach. Parking is included in the hotel price. I have no complaints, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was clean. Food was good. Service was nice."

"Lovely location overlooking the bay. Room and service were excellent, but the restaurant was disappointing- on the half board menu there were only 2 options, and wasn’t very impressive. Outside restaurant is a lovely location, but with extremely few dining there, very costly food. Hotel parking seems to be the only option, and expensive (Euros 20 per night in June 2025)."

They keep on eye on everything: they are good at their job and in addition to this ,they emphasize above everything to please the guests. Everybody is making sure that every need is fulfilled. Wether in restaurant, near pool ,fitness or beauty department.. From our arrival to our departure,every moment we've spent in Croatia was nothing but memorable. It was our first time travelling to this destination. The surroundings are beautiful, the food is great ,the seaside and coast is a dream come true. We've also learned a few expressions in Croatian😊 We send our best wishes to everyone we've met in the Hotel . We cherrish in our hearts the uplifting and honest smiles. Wishing a pleasant summer for all the hard working staff there! We love to enjoy sunshine and take a swimm in the see,we recommend everybody to visit Croatia, especially this part of the world worth visiting.
