This hotel has lots of old world charm of parquetry floors, chandeliers, ornate ceiling trims. Our room was very comfortable and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the courtyard. The staff were efficient and super helpful, especially Patrick. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a converted grand home. It has lots of quaint rooms and ups and down stairs. What makes this place is the staff. They really are 5 stars. The reception staff go out of their way to help, the staff at breakfast are so accommodating. You feel like you are in a home, not a hotel. The courtyard is a great place to relax are a day of sightseeing.

I can highly recommend this small hotel in the centre of town for individuals, couples and small groups. The staff are very helpful and courteous (most speak fluent English). The rooms and furnishings are clean and cosy, the breakfast hearty and healthy. With its central garden, it is an oasis in the otherwise hectic and noisy Quito. It is best to book a safe taxi at reception. I speak from experience because I have been visiting Quito regularly for almost 30 years.

They were very helpful with setting up rides, activities, and anything that was needed. They also answered all my questions. I dont speak Spanishso i was worried about communication, but it was not an issue as they spoke english as well as Spanish. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and perfect for what I needed, and I would recommend this for anyone.

Friendly, helpful staff. Happy to assist with bookings and recommendations. Lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, granola, yoghurt, coffee, toast and eggs. Beds are so comfortable :) rooms are clean and spacious. Lovely garden area to relax in. Good wifi. Happy to provide storage for bags for day trips.

Maria was an amazing host and made the experience at the hotel so comfortable for us. Thank you Maria! The hotel are very accommodating with breakfast packed lunches when you leave early. Rooms are very comfortable and was perfect for our stay.
