I really like the scenery of Quy Nhon FLC, the golf course, and the villa I visited for the second time. However, the only downside is that the food is not edible, as are the nearby restaurants.

I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down.
A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and won't go swimming before then. Only one restaurant on site which couldn't make the fresh juice on their menu because they said they were too busy. There were like 3 tables out of a 30 tables full. No aircon in the lobby areas. There were several other ones I could talk about but yeah again it says 5 stars but its more like 4.
If you think you're getting a good deal because you see 5 stars you're not. Spend the extra money and go to an international Hotel brand. If you want a 4 stsr hotel with pretty decent villa then stay here but keep expectations low like I did and you'll be good

Extremely bad - 90% of the staff do not know foreign languages, have not received basic training - food is all frozen, vegetables and fruits bought at the local market - rooms are extremely dirty, the surrounding area has many snakes and centipedes - the hotel cheats on workers' salaries, has not paid for a long time - not worthy of a 2-star hotel, not even as good as a high-class motel in the city - owes social insurance to workers - facilities are degraded. For more than 10 years, they have not been repaired - room rates are too expensive, rude attitude

200 + company members stayed upto 3 days in FLC Luxury Quy Nhon . Great for events , functions , weddings and big groups . Huge resort to accommodate all rooms and bungalow sizes , Luxury amenities, very very clean private beach with sports activities and great convention hall for events .

We booked 4 nights here and checked out after 1 night. For a 5 star resort it was a 1 star welcome. No drink on arrival, no outside food allowed in room. 4 of the 5 restaurants were closed. There was a dead rat in the pool which was still there the next day. There are no restaurants or shops with in walking distance. It's a concrete jungle built in the middle of no where. Horrible place

Comfortable rooms, beautiful view, delicious food, enthusiastic and friendly staff, full range of convenient services inside the resort. There is a beautiful grass golf course and white sand beach. The coconut trees here are full of fruit, and bougainvillea flowers bloom everywhere, very beautifully. Overall it's okay. Will come back next time

The villa with swimming pool is exceptional, very large, neat, with a magnificent view and beautiful materials. Apart from that, nothing is going well, the resort is half abandoned; ruins of buildings, parts closed or never opened. The catering does not equal a 2 star; the products are of poor quality. One hour before the end of breakfast, products are no longer restocked. The main pool floor is in tatters. We saw a dead rat in a swimming pool. The staff speaks almost no English. The resort is huge, you have to use a buggy for each trip. So if you don't want to leave the villa, that's perfect (we do not recommend in-room dining, however). We better understand the rather low price paid for such a dream villa.
