The room itself is nice and they have upgraded the room from double bed to a queen bed.

The room on this stay is not that clean. There was a used cotton buds in the bathroom and sanrio.
The location is good though since it's near trinoma.

The hotel's check-in counter may need to be improved on how it works! There were two people waiting in line in front of me, and I was the third. As a result, I had to wait for half an hour to check in. In addition, it was reported that the hair dryer malfunction of the room equipment was not resolved until check-out. To be honest in other aspects, in terms of price and overall equipment. Still very good.

The place is nice but they overbooked that's why I have to wait for 30 minutes for them to find available room for me. The buffet breakfast is not organized specially in the weekends since there are many people. Overall, still great stay, staff are nice and friendly.
