The hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”. There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside. In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park. Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.

Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Here are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.

I booked this property for my best friend and his family, and they described it as a charming boutique hotel in Quezon City that exceeded all their expectations. The impeccable service provided, especially by Red from reservations, ensured that my request was handled seamlessly. Highly recommended!

Parking was a challenge. We got lost but then we called the hotel number to ask for help and they were able to direct us to the parking. They don't have concierge to help with your bags but they let you borrow the trolley to transport with your bags. Check-in was quick. They had free 250php voucher in the grab and go, and as an Accor member, we had welcome drinks. It's a no frills kinda budget friendly hotel but has amazing amenities. The room space is well thought of, with bright hues and hip designs. It has the basics you need (mini ref, cups and water kettle), luggage rack and open closet, it has the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, handsoap, toothbrush), also has face towel, bath towel. I also love that their toilet (with bidet) and shower are separate. They are also eco friendly since they provide you with a water pitcher and in the hallway near the elevators, you can get hot/cold/room temp drinking water. Their buffet was rumored to be good so we checked the Streats restaurant and saw that there were seafood, sashimi, unli drinks, and desserts, we decided to have dinner there and we loved the food quality and service (shout out to Joseph, hope I remembered his name correctly). Must try their homemade marshmallows with chocolate sauce. I hope they add more variety to the cheese, there was only one kind. Roast beef also looked dry. Complimentary Breakfast is also good. Loved the omelet station. We weren't able to go to their roof deck as we were really tired and took a nap, when we woke up it's already closed. We tried to swim in the morning after breakfast in the rooftop infinity pool but it was too bright for us night owls haha. Overall it was a pleasant stay for the price. Service is good. I would stay again in this hotel.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff are nice and helpful. The room is really bad. The window in my room doesn't have access to sunlight, outside the window is a closed space where you can't see anything. Making the room dark and feels like you are inside a dungeon. Who builds rooms without windows that have access to sunlight?? The bedsheets are thin and doesn't look clean. I have found several small cockroaches in my room.

The location is great, especially if you’re just been to Araneta Coliseum for a show in the evening. Good shops and eateries are everywhere. Nice hotel, with good pool and bar. Hotel is a bit frayed at the edges. Room fittings and shower looking a bit old and tired. Graying towels, one with a hole in it. No management seen anywhere. So it’s a good stay but not really worth the high price. Wi-Fi was good.

FFayneWe initially booked an overnight stay in a 1 bedroom deluxe room, but since we trully enjoyed our stay, we decided to extend another night! 😀 We were so deligjted and satisfied with the room and the service - from the quick early check-in process, to the cleanliness and spacious room provided, to the pool amenities up to the sumptous and hearty meal (breakfast) that was served! What’s even more satisfying was the completeness of the amenties in the room especially the kitchen stuff! The staffs were also nice and attentive. When we requested for additional or replenishments of amenities, they have attended to it real FAST! Requests were attended in like 5-10minutes only! Overall, we had a great and comfortable stay and we will surely be back to this hotel! 😊
MMonaliza ElizagaIt was a great stay at Brentwood Suites! We needed a place to spend the night for the kids to relax from face to face classes. Its location is also best for the next day not to get late from traffic jams. The place is nice, courteous hotel staff, nice selection of food for breakfast buffet and the rooms are clean. Probably would prefer to stay here again in our next overnight!
GGuest UserStaff went beyond their way in providing us a quality service and great experience at the hotel. Thank you! Appreciate all your help! From breakfast buffet at CASA where we were being accomodated very closely by the staff and checking in on our baby from time to time to make sure he is enjoying his food to the front desk staff who did their best to provide us all our needs during our stay (especially the baby bath tub!). Thanks so much! We'll surely come back!
CcbaoI was worried where to stay for a night in Quezon City considering my unfamiliarity of the place. I hate going to Metro Manila considering safety issues and cost of overnight stay places. But, I came across a budget hotel nearest to the area where I am intended to transact. I booked to this hotel with very reasonable price and it exceeds my expectation considering the room furnishing and service of the hotel and it's breakfast food was a very good one. I got also a free Ironing service for my long sleeve polo and a pant to wear decently for business transaction that day considering that it needs pressing as it was wrinkled in my backpack. Other budget hotels usually charge P75.00 each plus the tip. But this hotel does not only gave me a comfortable sleep during that night but also like a household that has free ironing service.. It is also very near and just a walking distance to restaurants and fast food chains.
GGuest UserLocation:
Cleanliness: only provided bath towels. We had to ask for a face towel and didn't bother to ask for a hand towel since we only stayed for 2 nights. The mat towel looked dirty. If it was newly washed, they should not use that anymore for the rooms. It should be used for rags instead.
*Volt - it errored out the first time we set it up. We requested service, luckily someone came to repair it in a few minutes.
*Room Card - it requires leaving the room card inside the card reader to turn on the electric power of the room, it malfunctioned so someone had to come in to repair it.
Service: The toilet was clogged. We requested to service it. No one came while we were in the room. We had to leave to attend a party. When we came back at night, the toilet was still clogged. We called for service, but still, no one came. We had to call again the front desk. Then finally someone came. The front desk didn't voluntarily give us a map where places to eat and shop nearby the hotel. We had to ask instead.
Facilities: The lobby was very disappointing. The lounge/seating area looks like we were in the bank. No couches to relax and lounge. No Gym.
Location: Surrounding the building is clean, clean road. It's a short driving distance to the shopping malls and public markets.
AAnonymous User1-Week Stay at Harts Hotel
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harts Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt welcome during my stay.
The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay.
In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance.
Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.
AAnonymous UserPass:
- Location, super good as accessible to all
- I like the Ambience of the room, regret not getting the room with window
- Breakfast is worth it. If you are planning to stay here, definitely get the room with breakfast
Fail:
- So many, as in sooo many small roaches. I even saw one in bed
Mid:
- Service. The staff are friendly and accommodating. But setting as so-so since I requested for a safety deposit box, it only arrived after my 2nd ff up.
My stay is good except that I have uninvited guestsss with me in the room - roaches lmao
They should improve their cleanliness, hire a pest exterminator? One night is not cheap. Almost 2k php for a night
HHoly_InnocentI like this simple hotel with super friendly staff and good breakfast, but there are some serious issues that need fixing. First and foremost, there is a terrible sewer like smell in some parts of the building, originally just at the bottom of the stairs (a contained area) which days later crept into my room, especially in the bathroom but also noticeable as soon as you walk in the room. It is for this serious issues (stink!!!) that I will not book here again. It seems that the foul aroma is either from a gross stream behind the property AND/OR sewer smells from coming out of floor drains. Other issues included a telephone that could bot be used to make calls because of bad static, 30 php charge PER HOUR to use hotel's hair dryer, no shampoo or conditioner supplied, no or ugly views from most rooms, non stop noise outside the windows, small TV, had to change rooms once because Tube TV remote would not work, sink stand was wobbly and couldn't lean on it at all. This property is OK for a night or two but would not recommend for longer stays. The staff here are great and try hard. The restaurant for breakfast and other meals is excellent with great value. There is evening live music in the restaurant from Wed to Sat. Parking is weird with a single lane driveway under the hotel with hard working valets making sense of the jigsaw puzzle. There is also an attractive bar on the roof top.
LLuigeeluvsuIf you are going somewhere and need to be early for a bus ride in Cubao. Try Astrotel it is very convenient clean and near to a lot of establishment. So for a quick last minute shopping before your trip try Astrotel in Anonas for as low as 400.00 (-$10.00) 12 hours accommodation, have a good sleep and fresh linen.
EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
