The hotels pool is very nice and the rooftop is nice also! There’s a mall connecting to the hotel, but the parking lot is very difficult . The town is not nice but the hotel is!

The hotel's breakfast service was not good enough and I had to wait for more than 10 minutes before it was served. The Chinese food service was also not good. The beef rice noodles I ordered did not have beef. I had to wait for a long time before it was served and there was a lack of tableware.

In some of the reviews I read this is the best hotel in Xela. And is the reason why we finally booked here. But ... if this is the best .... I wonder how the other hotels are. Below standard to my opinion. Bad restaurant. Poor breakfast. An environment which is not demanding to get out of the hotel. A swimming pool surrounded by a lot of people , .... I do not advise

Un descanso en familia cómodo, en instalaciones limpias, ordenadas, con desayuno tipo bufete con una variedad y un sabor delicioso. Área de piscinas impecables. La habitación limpia, olorosa, con unas camas tan confortables donde realmente pude descansar.

Went for the breakfast buffet Regretted it Not worth the steep prices We ordered scrambled eggs which came cold, the portions were barely enough, presentation was lacking I suppose they might have been dragging holiday tiredness or something I really hope this is not the usual However I'll definitely not come back as the quality of the food served was subpar and overpriced

El día viernes tuvimos una conferencia por parte del Colegio Estomatológico, todo muy bien, a la hora de dormir no logre hacer bajar la temperatura del aire, mi esposa sufre frío así que no le molesta, pero a las 2 de la madrugada pedí ayuda técnica y no resolvieron, me llevaron un ventilador. Me parece que para la categoría de hotel debieron resolver oportunamente!

Excelente hotel! La estancia agradable, el desayuno muy completo y con variedad. Lo único que les indiqué es que yo llegué lunes y en la noche aun se escuchaba música con un volumen muy alto y ya era hora en la cual se requiere descansar.
