Nice hotel, great location! The staff is responsive and tries to help with everything!
Good breakfast. Beautiful pool.
We were lucky with our room; it overlooked the pool.
And it’s great that you can make coffee in your room.

Normally i don’t write any review As we checking in front desk this morning, the lady staff was not pleasant, thinking she didn’t like tourists or families. Never had such bad customer service like this one, very angry, not helpful, not friendly at all

- Room had a dank smell from humidity. - Air conditioner made high-pitched rattling noise. - Secure parking lot is tiny (too small) lot across a side street. You need to open and close the gate yourself, using the padlock. - The restaurant is open-air, which may sound nice, but can lead to unwanted animal visitors.

My spouse and I ended up here after bidding on "4 star" hotels near Manuel Antonio on Priceline. What a joke. The first room in which we were assigned had such an awful smell, but we were exhausted and decided to deal with it for one night. We were awakened numerous times by the partying in the streets, car alarms, honking, and constant thumping bass from a neighboring club. The next morning at breakfast I counted 4 dead bees and 2 flies in the bowl of yogurt at the breakfast buffet!! My husband made a bowl of cereal, thinking it was a safe choice, until a dead fly came pouring out of the milk pitcher into his bowl. Unsurprisingly, the waitstaff appeared lazy and unbothered by the insects in the food. On the second night we were upgraded to a premium room because of our complaints about the noise and the smell. The room was much nicer, less smelly, but just as noisy. Two positive things about this hotel: 1. The young Ticos working at the front desk were all extremely friendly and helpful! They meet the 4 star criteria :) 2.They offer a lot in which you can lock your car. You get the key at the front desk when you need it. It's not the most convenient, but nice to know that you car is not on the street! Quepos is evidently not a safe neighborhood. I would recommend paying a little more and staying in Manuel Antonio.

Después de un viaje largo de 4 horas desde Monteverde esperábamos llegar a un hotel cálido y agradable, desafortunadamente no fue así. La habitación que nos toco no funcionaba adecuadamente el aire acondicionado, por lo que nos cambiaron de habitación a una con una sola cama, la cual resulto muy pequeña y estrecha para dos personas. Luego de haber logrado conciliar el sueño me despertó un olor fétido proveniente del baño, un olor muy desagradable a cañeria que resultaba imposible siquiera entrar para cualquier cosa, las habitaciones son oscuras y lugubres. Definitivamente no entiendo como este hotel logra obtener la franquicia de Best Western considerando que esta supuestamente tiene unos estándares bastante altos.

Me hospede con mi familia para pasar un par de días y visitar la reserva de Manuel Antonio. El lugar está realmente en el pueblo siguiente a MA llamado Quepos. Esta ubicado en una esquina en donde hay licoreras y bares por lo que en la noche esta rodeado de borrachos y mujeres que se venden. El malecón de enfrente es sitio de reunión para muchachos de fiesta y no te dejan dormir. NO SE HOSPEDEN AHI!!

La ubicación es perfecta, a escasos 5 minutos a pie de la terminal de autobúses de Quepos, en la cual puedes abordar camiones tanto a las playas cercanas como al Aeropouerto, cercano a restaurantes, bancos y tiendas, la limpieza de las habitaciones es excelente además de ser cómodas, la comida en el restaurante deliciosa y a un precio razonable, la amabilidad de TODO el personal es de resaltar, tanto en recepción, como el personal de restaurante y mantenimiento del Hotel, particularmente, Verónica, Leo, Yenny, Angelica, Deborah, Andrea y Mario Rojas, sin duda volvería tuvimos unas vacaciones maravillosas en Costa Rica.

The room was a little musty, but we hit it right at the Festivus Civicas (like a Mardi Gras) and the location was fabulous! Room was similar to any other BW hotel. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Pool area would have been much better, if there hadn't been unpleasant odors wafting through. Food in the restaurant is okay. Staff very helpful.

Para la tarifa que cobran ( que es muy aceptable ) el hotel tiene un 10 en atención desde la recepción hasta la gerencia,! la limpieza de las habitaciones es óptima , la cercanía a todos los servicios ( bancos, mercado, tiendas , restaurantes locales etc...) no sólo es ideal sino que cuenta con una hermosa ubicación frente al mar . La vista desde su restaurante es espectacular por las mañanas . La comida del restaurante es deliciosa, pero sobre todo existe un ánimo en los empleados de complacer todos los gustos ! Súper recomendado tanto para el que viene a trabajar como para el turista !
