The hotel is very good. I booked a one-bedroom apartment. The room is very comfortable and you can see the lake. The view is great. Each room has a parking space.

When we checked in on the first day, we immediately noticed that the floor was quite dusty, as though it hadn't been vacuumed. We waited until the second day, only to find that the housekeeping staff didn't remove their shoes while cleaning and didn’t even sweep or vacuum the floor. This is a hotel, not an Airbnb, and if the price includes housekeeping, they should be delivering that service properly.
Additionally, the amenities are outdated. The kitten was rusty, and the cooking pots were in poor condition. Given that the price per night is comparable to higher mid-range hotels in the area, I would recommend considering other hotels for the same budget. You'll likely find better value elsewhere.

We upgraded to a lake view apartment and spent our budget in Queenstown. The hotel reception is hard to find. It is in a small room converted from a hotel room by taking the stairs on the right hand side of the entrance. But the room itself is great. You can see the snow-capped mountains and lake. The kitchen facilities are very complete. They are cleaned on time every day after the sign is hung. However, they have not provided us with toilet paper, which is a small bug. The loft-like design makes the bedroom far away from the French window in the living room, which makes it a bit stuffy.
