My family and I had a nice stay here. The hotel is older but very clean with a nice pool. There was also a nice breakfast there in the morning also. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and the outlets of Lake George are right there. This is a nice place to stay if you are in the area.

Had a great stay, as usual, at this hotel. Check in and out were easy and fast. Mattresses very firm, which we love. Clean rooms and hallways. Breakfast was fine. Ample parking, and quiet at night. Will stay here again; very reliable for us, so far.

I would really like to give this hotel a great rating simply because of the staff. Every employee we encountered, from those that staffed the desk to the cleaning crew, was exceptional. They were professional, friendly and helpful. But the property itself is simply in bad shape. Carpets are stained. Walls in the hallways are scuffed and dirty. In general, it is simply not acceptable. While rooms are "made up" every day, sheets are not changed. Old slivers of soap are not removed and because of the construction of the soap dishes, it just melted into one gooey soap mass. The ice machine on the first floor was out of order. My husband is handicapped (we were in a handicapped room) so I had to take the stairs to the second floor ice machine. We like the location because of easy access to the Northway, etc. but will not stay here again because of the condition of the property.

We stayed for 1 night. We had a clean room away from the main road, so it was quiet. Friendly staff. Walking distance to The Log Jam restaurant, which is a plus. Easy access to everything. Quiet room and free breakfast. There's also a Starbuck's in the next building.

We chose this hotel because it was one of the only reasonably-priced options on a Saturday night in August. I was pleasantly surprised with our room. We got a 2-bedroom suite, which also had a nice-sized living room. You can’t walk to the attractions in Lake George Village but it is a short, straight drive away. The breakfast was more basic than most bigger chain hotels but it was fine. The man working there really hustles and keeps it clean and full. He helped me with my heavy luggage later in the morning too! There isn’t an elevator so if carrying luggage up the stairs is an issue, get a room on the first floor.

Excellent and clean property. Next to Factory outlets. We were treated like VIPs at the front desk by Rachel Baker and Jagdeep. Very professionally trained and courteous. Will love to come again and again. Even the staff at the breakfast room was very kind and friendly Govind Khatri

Great place , very nice staff, clean and spacious room, only thing they should improve is their breakfast., they have a 4 slices toaster only half work. The sausages look like they were microwaved.*************************************

Super comfortable bed, cute little balcony and very nice staff. The overall building is dated and if stairs are a problem you definitely want a first floor room. Breakfast guy was very personable and kept everything well stocked. Our stay was quiet and the room was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Notre bru et notre fils nous ont fait un cadeau commun pour nos anniversaires de naissance. Ils nous ont dit de nous faire plaisir et de réserver un hôtel avec spa et piscine et que c'était eux qui paieraient le tout. Rien n'est abordable au Québec et nous avons opté pour les Etats-Unis. Nous avons recherché un tarif raisonnable avec spa et piscine comme indiqué dans la description de cet hôtel. Nous avons donc réservé en ligne avec Choice Hôtel au tarif pour les 60 ans et plus de $74.10 US pour un total de $82.10 US. Nous y avons dormi dans la nuit du 16 au 17 avril. La chambre 228 nous fut assignée et nous avons fait la demande pour changer de chambre trop petite et sans balcon. Nous sommes dans la chambre 216 avec four à micro-ondes et frigo. La chambre est correcte. Première surprise: La porte moustiquaire me tombe dans les mains. Elle avait été accrochée juste pour qu'elle tienne. Deuxième surprise très désagréable : le SPA ne fonctionnait pas hier soir, c'est-à-dire, seulement à l'eau froide. Et troisième surprise : pas d'eau chaude ce matin. Elle est revenue vers 9 heures. Dans tout l'hôtel ou seulement une partie? Je ne sais pas. Des clients ont signalé ce problème tôt ce matin alors que j'étais assis dans le lobby. Le petit déjeuner était très satisfaisant et varié. Il est servi de 6h30 à 9h30. Mon épouse était incapable de faire fonctionner les appareils électroniques du gymnase hier soir. La piscine est satisfaisante et est ouverte de 9h00 à 22h00. On peut y laver notre linge dans des machines payantes à partir de 9h00. Le wifi est excellent partout dans l'hôtel. Après une recherche, je vous informe que cet hôtel est à $185.00 US pour juillet 2024 avec le tarif pour les 60 ans et plus...... oufffff !!!! En conclusion: Est-ce que nous y retournerons un jour ??
