Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel. Zimmer ist tiptop, und hat ein Restaurant mit feinen Speisen. Wurden von jungem Kellner gut beraten. Leider hats keine Lounge oder Bar, auch keine Minibar im Zimmer, deshalb haben wir einen Drink aufs Zimmer bestellt. Stand ein Steller mit QR Code im Zimmer zum online bestellen. Das hat leider nicht geklappt, nach 30 Minuten haben wir mal nachgefragt und es hiess wir müssen besser an der Reception bestellen.... hmmm, dann soll das so geschrieben sein und nicht anders. 5.- für die Lieferung nach 40 Min. ist auch zuviel! Wellness war ok, aber Sprudelwanne hat immer desinfiziert, man wusste nicht ob reingehen oder nicht, war auch nirgends beschrieben, nur als wir an die Reception angerufen haben hiess es nicht in die Wann zu steigen wenn dieses Mini-Lämpli leuchtet, hat wohl niemand gecheckt. Bedenklich wenn man dann im Desinfektionsmittel badet! Auch da keine Reaktion auf unsere Mitteilung. Naja, alles in Allem etwas zu teuer mit wenig Kundenservice. Schade, Ort ist super schön und erholsam.

Tolles Hotel an super Lage. Sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer, sehr sympathisches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service top! Das Frühstück reichhaltig und frisch. Die Umgebung ist wohltuend und bietet viele Optionen zum wandern.

Bereits die Erstellung der Offerte, der Rundgang vor Ort im Vorfeld und die Organisation waren sehr professionell und kundenorientiert. Vor Ort haben wir uns jederzeit willkommen und umsorgt gefühlt. Das Stump's Alpenrose ist ein Tagungsort in wunderschöner Umgebung. Der Apero am Schwendisee war für uns daher ein Highlight. Die Küche / Verpflegung waren ausgezeichnet. Wir finden überhaupt keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt und empfehlen das Hotel für Tagungen oder Geschäftsreisen unbedingt weiter.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. What makes it really special is the attention to detail and the service that the staff provides. They will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. And the wellness are is great.

Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come.

Super experience.The view is wow, great atmosphere.Felt welcomed.The restaurant is amazing and the stuff is just great and the food is high class.Cannot complain about a thing.Really loved there.Easy to drive up.Good for every generations.The rooms are cosy and clean the beds are and comfy,I slept sooo good there.The wellness offers a lot. Definitely recommended.

Nous étions en vacances dans la région et après une randonnée nous décidons de nous arrêter pour manger une coupe glacée ou boire quelque chose de frais.Nous voyons l'hôtel alpenrose qui a l'air très joli avec une belle terrasse,nous décidons de nous arrêter ici.Il est 16h00 ,trois tables sont occupées par des personnes ,toutes les autres tables sont vides mais il y a marqué "réservé".Nous attendons quelques minutes et une serveuse vient nous voir avec une tête pas très sympathique, je lui demande si on peut boire quelque chose,avant de répondre elle regarde sa montre,on voit qu'elle n'a vraiment pas envie de nous servir,elle dit dit que tout est réservé mais qu'elle va demander elle revient au bout de 2 minutes et dit que les réservations c'est pour 19h00 et qu'on peut s'installer, toujours sans sourire et vraiment pas sympathique.Au bout de presque 12 minutes d'attente et toujours personne pour nous servir,nous décidons de partir.Nous avons trouvé un peu plus loin un autre restaurant où nous avons été très bien accueillis et avec le sourire.Cette serveuse n'est pas à sa place et devrait changer de métier.
