Very nice hotel with service worthy of a Portuguese 4 star. The staff is very attentive and attentive to requests. In terms of services, nothing to say because there were a lot of activities for children in addition to the water park. Free parking, mini golf, entertainment every evening, etc.
The only problem being the fact that the staff do not speak French but at least that forces us to work on our English.

I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning.
The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault.
I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away.

During my week stay with my family, there was an inconsiderate guest also staying, who was often drunk and disorderly. The very loud music blaring from his stereo on his balcony and the communal pool area, which contained swear words, meant a number of guests didn’t feel comfortable using the hotel’s communal areas or be out on our balconies. We felt intimidated and he was not approachable. We also felt we had to go out the hotel every day to get away from the situation, so we weren’t able to fully utilise what the hotel had to offer. The staff were very aware and a number of guests, including myself, complained to them. However, the staff were unwilling to help with the situation. As a consequence, we did not feel looked after, safe, or appreciated, and our holiday was spoilt as we were always on edge and moving away from the communal areas. We weren’t even able to talk to the Manager because they were always offsite.

Great hotel and amenities. Great service, at a very affordable price, very very good value. Very clean and modern.
It may be a bit too close to the waterpark, there was always a tension between going to the waterpark and hanging out at the hotel and pool. Honesty the hotel would be great by itself!
Kids club - there is entertainment and great outdoor and indoor playgrounds but no amenity to check your kid in and they will watch. If the hotel had a kids club we would have paid extra, it is really missing that.
Transport:
For a european destination, very limited public transport and you will need to use bolt/uber or bring a rental car. This is because it’s principally a destination for the waterpark however, which it does very very well.

The staff were brilliant! Everywhere was so clean all the time. Good at breakfast was excellent and nice that the pool bar was open all day till late. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We chose to stay at this hotel so our son could enjoy the indoor water park, which he loved. This was the second hotel we stayed at during our visit to Portugal and we were all very happy with the hotel and its facilities. The food is well priced, and we enjoyed every meal at the hotel. Our highlight was the staff, they were all so helpful, polite and really made an effort with us to ensure we were enjoying our visit. Thank you very much to all staff who made our holiday memorable.

Hotel was ok
Not cheap as we had free to use aqua park which we didn’t use.
Room was generally tidy but mould round shower is unacceptable. Looked in a few other rooms while cleaning ladies in and much the same. Complained to reception and nothing down during our stay. Breakfast not great. Greasy bacon hard scrambled eggs poor sausages , otherwise ok
Wouldn’t stay again though not horrendous

Great hotel, very helpful staff, especially the bar staff. Rooms modern comfortable with great balconies. The bonus of free access to water park is icing on the cake! 😎
