This is been my third trip to Puzhehei and certainly the best as far as the hotel is concerned. Its location is just excellent. It sits right on the boardwalk and you can relax and enjoy the folks walking by and the water, lotus plant, flowers. Artists on the sidewalk in a couple of fisherman right at your door stop. I could just sit there all day and enjoy watching the people walk by and the beautiful scenery. The two ladies that helped me there were both superlative and very friendly. On arrival I had to park my car in the parking lot about two or three miles from downtown. The lady from the Hotel came and got me on her electric bike and the two of us plus my suitcase and two backpacks made it safely back to the hotel . It was a great experience. I will definitely be back again next year and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Puzhehei can get pretty busy during the tourist season so I booked my rooms to start the day after the fall holiday. I arrived on September 3rd and stayed for four days.

The hotel is located by the lake, and you can watch the sunset from the terrace on the third floor. In terms of hygiene, it is recommended to remove the carpets and lazy sofas in the room that are difficult to clean. The facilities are complete, the smart toilet, and the mattress and pillows are comfortable, and I feel good sleeping. Puzhehei is still in the off-season, and the lotus flowers have not bloomed. It is recommended to go again in July.

Which village to book a room in when traveling to Puzhehei depends on your own needs. Xianrendong Village is small and exquisite, relatively quiet, and makes people feel more cozy. The location of Xianyuanyuan is quite good. Unlike those inns along the lakeside corridor, where there are always people coming and going, it feels like there is not enough privacy. This inn is not next to the lake, but you can see the lake just a few steps away (Picture 3). Turn left after exiting the courtyard. It is a ”commercial street” and is very convenient for eating and shopping. The room is very clean and cleaned every day in a timely manner. The boss is very Buddhist and doesn't care about anything. When we have trouble, he will help us deal with it honestly. Like it👍 Occasionally, I sit in the yard and look at flowers, succulents, cats, and persimmons that have already grown. It is also a pleasant thing to relax myself.

Are these views worth the price? Besides, it is not big to go back to the room, but the design is too reasonable. Tatami on the floor, walking in the room does not affect the downstairs, and the bed is also a place to put things. The bathroom is smooth, dry and wet, hot water is fast, big, and there is a tripod that is opened only after drying clothes, a hanger next to the floor, a large shelf next to the sink, and a laundry liquid... etc., in short, the details are great! Definitely a real homestay! There are many public areas, the yard is exquisite, and the lake is not noisy! Recommended!

I traveled for 11 days and stayed in 4 homestays due to the itinerary. This one is the one with the best service and the best environment. This homestay is suitable for couples, parents to live, it is also very suitable for permanent residence, I look forward to the opportunity to live for a long time.
