首先，酒店的衞生條件和環境還是很好的，我還是很認可的。並且，還有酒店經理電話回訪，在入住前提前給我打電話並升級了房型。
但是，總體來講還是不符合希爾頓的標準，以下是我對這家酒店的觀感:
第一，酒店禮賓不到位:所有的希爾頓酒店大部分會有給客人的伴手禮，或者晚到會有晚安禮，這家酒店沒有做到。
第二，酒店培訓不到位，我在前台辦理入住過程當中，有其他的顧客也同樣到店。但是沒有人引導到另外一個前台辦入住。同時這家酒店的保潔也培訓不到位，打掃房間沒有做到順手把其他垃圾桶裏的垃圾清走。
第三，應急處理不到位:經酒店經理所説，正好在我入住之前，酒店接收到了臨時停電通知。雖然酒店準備好了應急電源並且跟我説明擺放了停電通知，但是並沒有看到，並且前台沒有主動告知。
關於這個停電的問題，由於前台並沒有告知且我們沒有注意到停電通知，停電時臨時斷電導致晚上給員工開會終止了。第二天早上切入市政電源的時候又導致中央空調沒有在切換時重新啟動，直接凍醒了。
第四，酒店前台的溝通問題:在停電時切換備用電源時，撥打前台電話前台並沒有告知會有第二次斷電情況。不論是否知道切換電源會不會出現斷電，前台都應該與其他同事或者與供電公司瞭解斷電可能出現的問題。
綜上所述，這些問題都不應該出現在歡朋當中，這些問題如果是全季出現了，可能情有可原。
