Excellent hotel in a great location. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are super helpful (especially Zhuang Qingwen) and there is underground parking with charging which was a blessing. Highly recommended hotel! This is our 3rd stay here and we will keep coming back.

This hotel is very suitable for children of young age. The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, with complete facilities, including a popular guitar swimming pool; a children's playground and a bubble pool where children can run happily; a sightseeing train and a panda light show; you can take a break and do fish therapy and hot springs when you are tired, which is very comfortable. Not far to the left of the hotel is Baishiling (about 10 minutes' walk). I personally recommend that you go to Baishiling to climb the mountain and see the scenery in the morning, and you can play various facilities in the hotel in the afternoon. It is super perfect to soak in the hot springs at night. I personally think the hotel's meals are pretty good. You don't have to eat the hotel's buffet, you can order dishes by yourself. The hotel is also very considerate and will prepare some meal coupons for each room. The hotel's Magang roast goose, roast chicken, Shishan tofu, and garlic fried kale are all OK. There are also many varieties of breakfast, and preserved egg and lean meat porridge, pancakes, vermicelli soup, and tea eggs are still delicious. The hotel staff is very considerate and meticulous, especially the housekeeper Vicky, who follows up the service throughout the whole process. If there is any problem, she will help solve it. She must be praised. In addition, there is a female staff member in the restaurant who is also very good. I forgot to ask her name. Every time I go to the restaurant, I will take the initiative to greet the children and prepare children's tableware for them. When we eat, she also helps introduce the set meal and gives us discounts. The service is very good. The smile is great. In short, whether it is the environment, equipment or service, it is a hotel suitable for a family of all ages to go on vacation. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

Fabulous the hotel especially the wall lights are shinning perfectly however one housekeeping staff with black suit were disputing to me when I took 4 small bottles of pure water from the trolley at corridor when back to my room even I said hi how are you to her firstly but she had total no any polite and disputed to me said which's my room number why I took the water by myself freely and blamed me seriously, it's totally shocked by me at that moment that's exactly a professional hospitality you're treating your customers like that right, as well the chef when met in morning asked him where's the restaurant for a couple of times but he had no any response back to answer your question, it's totally the uncomfortable taste to your hotel and will be definitely spreading your good service to others, herewith thanks to the management Ms Wang JieQing she's so kind to revert me back to above bad experience from me and sent me a plate of fruit for relieving me a bit thanks, hotel restaurant is awesome we had all our meals there for every day especially the coconut chicken is the best of the best from the restaurant seafood is perfect also indeed

Stayed there for a total of 8 nights and there was nothing to complain about. Good location, delicious breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities and amenities were all necessary and top notch including washing machine and dryer. Overall, cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel were very good. Thank you for providing my family a wonderful stay:)
