It was hand cream and lipstick. It was dry in the north in autumn and winter, but the hotel was really careful in choosing a souvenir. I came down to the front desk and asked the hotel what time the breakfast was. The front desk replied that it was 7 to 9 o'clock. I didn't say anything. I didn’t expect the front desk to ask me if I had an earlier itinerary. I said yes. She said very intimately. Then prepare a simple breakfast for us to eat on the road. I was really surprised. The next morning we went down and checked out. The front desk was ready, and there were eggs for us. It's really a surprise. Thank you so much. In the hurried itinerary, I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Qinhuangdao!

The hotel accepts foreigners. The room was spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities. The location is fairly central, and a short bus/taxi ride will take you to the major attractions (it's located just between Laolongtou and Shanhaiguan scenic area). Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great and varied, mostly Chinese but with good Western options if you prefer. The staff was very nice, gave me apples and two extra bottles of water because it took them a bit to figure out how to register me. Overall, a very good option and great value for money.

For a room booked in advance, on the day of arrival, the hotel had already turned on the electric heater in the room in advance, which was very heart-warming. The hotel is clean and the facilities in the room are of high quality. The staff are attentive and have a good attitude. It makes you feel like you are home. You can park in front of the door, and the hotel also has a parking lot, which is free. Traveling by car is very convenient.

The location was very good. It was very close to Tiger Stone beach which was a beautiful place. The streets around this hotel are very cozy, lined with pines. The hotel management was very cooperative and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. I only missed one thing and that was a connection between the lobby and the room. There was a disconnection between the two and it felt like I was living in an apartment room. Else everything was perfect. I recommend this hotel at 北戴河。

It was my husband birthday and booked Shangri-la, It was very clean and have a stunning view. The room has a nice smell. The reception was very cheerful, and they all could speak English. I requested a birthday theme for my husband's birthday and they designed the room with some towel, also send a free cake and red wine. ( I have to mention, Thank you dears) The breakfast was very delicious. We also tried the Buffet dinner one night, it was very delicious with both choices Chinese and Western. The swimming pool was clean.

Impeccable. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff are so friendly and kind. They make a great effort to speak and understand english. The Japanese restaurant is pricey but worth every cent. It is a little far from the city but the staff are ready to call a taxi at the drop of a hat. Excellent hotel.
